Hilaria Baldwin, 42, posts bikini thirst trap as fans marvel at her toned body after birthing six of her and husband Alec's seven kids

Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria Baldwin left fans in awe as she showed off her incredibly toned figure on Instagram after birthing six of her and the actor's seven kids.

Wearing a busty red bikini top and high-waisted floral bottoms, the yoga instructor, 42, posted a video of herself on Saturday performing various glute exercises.

She recorded the workout clip in the bathroom of her and Baldwin's $21 million New York mansion, which they've been trying to offload since late last year. 

'Back in this bathroom…let's work that butttttt…this carves out the space between the butt and the backs of the legs. 5-10 of each…3 sets,' she wrote in her post's caption. 

Hilaria, who recently returned to the US after a trip to Spain with her children, kicked off the video by showcasing her cleavage in her low-cut top before jumping into the exercises. 

She used the bathroom counter as support as she got on the tips of her toes and showed off her intense booty and leg day routine. 

At the end of the clip, Hilaria skipped back to the camera and flashed a big smile for her 1 million followers.

Fans flocked to the comment section to react to Hilaria's figure, with many left shocked that she has given birth to six children.

'How can you look like that after so many kids,' one Instagram user asked.

Another fan posted a similar message and wrote: 'How many kids do you have and have the nerve to look like this?!' 

Meanwhile, a different social media user joked: 'Ok. I need like 7 kids to look like this?? Sign me up!!' 

Many lauded Hilaria for her 'dedication' to being 'so fit' as a busy mom.

'Wow. A mother of 7 and she is so fit. That's dedication.'

Several fans also came to Hilaria's defense after trolls accused her of posting the workout clip for 'attention.'

'Yea, if she wants the attention, she has the platform,' one Hilaria defender wrote. 'Let her be.' 

The brunette beauty, who was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, has been married to Hollywood actor Baldwin, 68, for 14 years. 

The couple, who share a 26-year age gap, first met at a restaurant in NYC back in 2011 and dated for just over a year before tying the knot in June 2012.

During the course of their over decade-long marriage, Hilaria and Alec have welcomed three daughters and four sons.

Their brood consists of: Carmen Gabriela, 12, Rafael Thomas, 11, Leonardo Angel, nine, Romeo Alejandro, eight, Eduardo Pao, five, Maria Lucia, five, and Ilaria Catalina, three. 

The couple's second youngest child, Maria Lucia, was born via surrogate in February 2021. 

Baldwin is also father to daughter Ireland, 31, from his past marriage to Kim Basinger.
