Katie Holmes, 47, cozies up to her new toyboy beau as romance heats up during New York date

Katie Holmes cozied up to her new toyboy beau Jason Bard Yarmosky in the Hamptons this week as their romance continues to heat up. 

The 47-year-old actress, who first sparked relationship rumors with the artist earlier this month, was joined by Yarmosky while attending a Ferragamo pop-up event in Bridgehampton, New York on Friday. 

The pair stood close together while posing for a brief photo session upon arriving to the festivities.

Holmes was stylish in a champagne-colored, tasseled skirt as well as a semi-sheer, dark navy blouse. 

She additionally slipped into a pair of closed-toed, black heels and carried a vibrant orange purse in her hand. 

The star's brunette locks were parted in the middle and fell down straight past her shoulders. 

Yarmosky was dressed for the occasion wearing a pair of dark navy trousers as well as a navy sweatshirt. 

The duo were seen flashing small smiles towards the camera and at one point, the Batman Begins actress draped her arm over the artist's shoulders. 

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Holmes for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

Just weeks earlier, Holmes initially fueled romance speculation as she was spotted holding hands with Yarmosky in the Hamptons. 

The star was accompanied by the artist as they attended the premiere of The Invite in East Hampton.

The pair were seen arriving to the theater ahead of the screening and sweetly held hands as they stepped through the entrance.

Holmes and Yarmosky flashed big smiles on their faces as they were greeted by an individual in a lighthearted moment.

An eyewitness told People that the NYC-based artist 'was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night.'

The source added that they both 'sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.'

Holmes and Yarmosky later made an appearance at an after party that same evening and mingled with close pals, per the insider. 

The pair have since been spotted on other outings together in New York City. 

Most recently, the Hollywood actress and artist were seen on a lowkey stroll on Wednesday while shopping in the Big Apple. 

Yarmosky was a gentleman as he carried her $800 red leather, Mansur Gavriel tote bag. 

A source recently told TMZ that Holmes first crossed paths with Yarmosky at a Tribeca Festival dinner in NYC last month in June.

The artist was born in New York in 1987 and his work mainly focuses 'on themes of aging, time, and memory - subjects the artist has been fascinated with since childhood,' per his official website.

Back in 2010, Yarmosky notably graduated from the School of Visual Arts in NYC with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA).

His artwork has been shown not just in New York, but internationally as well in cities such as Paris.

The actress's new romance with the artist comes nearly four years after her split from Bobby Wooten III.

In April 2022, Holmes was romantically linked to the musician and the pair made a few public appearances together.

However, later that same year in December, it was revealed that they had gone their separate ways after eight months of dating.

The Hollywood star also briefly dated chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. from September 2020 until their split the following year in May.

Holmes has also been linked to Jamie Foxx and Chris Klein.

She was previously married to fellow actor Tom Cruise from 2006 until their divorce in 2012. The former couple are parents to daughter Suri, 20. 

It was recently revealed that Suri has yet to be introduced to the star's new boyfriend as both she and Yarmosky take the romance very slow.

'Things are still pretty new between Katie and Jason, and they're intentionally taking it slow,' a source claimed to Page Six.

Holmes and Yarmosky have not taken 'any major steps in the relationship yet' and are 'still in the dating phase for now.'

The insider added that the pair are 'seeing where it goes.'

Their nearly 10-year age gap also 'doesn't bother' Holmes and 'hasn't been a factor in their relationship whatsoever.'

Suri is currently a student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, and will occasionally be seen spending time with her famous mom out in NYC.
