Heidi Klum shares previously unseen throwback photos as she marks 'darling' daughter Lou's 17th birthday

Heidi Klum celebrated her daughter Lou Samuel's 17th birthday on Friday by sharing a loving public tribute on Instagram.

Klum, 53, who got the party started earlier in the week by treating Lou to a trip to Paris during Paris Fashion Week, posted previously unseen photos and video of Lou and her other children Leni, 22, Henry, 21, and Johan, 19, in their younger years.

Klum began her slideshow with a snap of her in bed holding the newborn Lou and giving the camera a languorous look.

'Happy 17th birthday my darling Lou,' Klum wrote in the caption. 'I love you so very much and I am so proud of you and everything you do.'

She then added: 'Where has all the time gone?'

Klum has her three youngest children with ex-husband and Kiss from a Rose singer Seal, 63.

Leni, who is her daughter with former partner and businessman Flavio Briatore, 76, was formally adopted by Seal during their marriage.

Other touching photos featured Klum relaxing in bed with all four of her children; Leni bottle-feeding baby Lou; one of her sons hugging her bare baby bump, which one would assume was Lou in there; and sweet snaps of Klum and her mother Erna Klum cuddling infant Lou.

Another photo showed Klum posing in a body-hugging, zebra-striped outfit while far along in her pregnancy.

A lover of water, Klum included in the carousel a playful snap of her and Lou having a perfect day bobbing in the ocean in a beach float.

She included family scenes at mealtime, Halloween and previous birthdays with the mom and brood dressed in matching fuchsia ensembles.

Klum wasn't done yet, as she also threw in video of Lou as a little girl practicing her dance moves and a clip of baby Lou getting attention from her big brother.

As an early birthday present, Klum treated Lou to a trip to the City of Light during Paris Fashion Week.

On October 3, mother and daughter attended the Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood Spring/Summer 2027 show and they sat front row, of course.

They also hit up the Business of Fashion-hosted BoF 500 Gala.

Klum, who has been married to Tokio Hotel guitarist and songwriter Tom Kaulitz for seven years, is known for her generosity toward her family.

Just last month, the fashionista splurged on a special 21st birthday gift for her son Henry.

Klum and Kaulitz pulled out all the stops, spending more than six figures on a red Ferrari F430 to celebrate Henry's special day on September 12.

In a video shared on Instagram, Henry appeared stunned as he walked out of the family home with his stepdad following behind and saw his flashy new sports car waiting for him in the driveway.

As he caught a glimpse of the Ferrari, Henry exclaimed: 'Oh my God! I don't even know what to say.'

'I can't believe it is that time. You've been waiting for so many years,' Klum told him.

As Henry and Kaulitz marveled at the vehicle, the latter explained that he bought it at an auto show 'last year' and hid the Ferrari in the garage 'the whole time.'

'This thing is beautiful. Holy s***! Oh my f****** God, this... is insane. Holy s***, this thing is crazy,' Henry went on.

Klum noted that Kaulitz 'kept his promise' after losing a video game bet to a then-14-year-old Henry, which meant he had to buy his stepson a Ferrari when he turned 21.

'Literally, it's what? Seven years ago when you guys said that?' Klum said.

Klum also shared the clip in which Henry and Kaulitz made their Mario Kart bet.

Henry was seen saying: 'It's happening on Christmas, and if I lose Mario Kart, then I can't play video games for three months, and I have to give him a painting of me driving.

'But if I win, then Tom has to give me a Ferrari when I'm 21.'
