The teenager, who turned 15 last week, was in Atlanta, Georgia with her family to see Argentina knock England out of the World Cup.
Taking her VIP seat with her mum Victoria, 52, dad David, 51, brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, and Cruz's girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, Harper showed off her sense of style in the nineties look.
She teamed a denim jacket with jeans, showing off her new brighter blonde hair in the stands.
Fashion icon Victoria meanwhile put her twist on England's all-white strip, teaming a crisp t-shirt with white jeans.
