'My yearly reminder to every Boomer: NEVER let anyone diminish us because of our age,' the Happy Days star, who married his third wife in 2023, wrote to his fans.

'I'm 77. More creative, healthier, busier, more curious — and more alive than I was at 40,' Williams continued before revealing his secrets and credited his wife Sharon MaHarry's support.

'Why? A partner who sees the best in me. Good lovin'. Kindness. Adventure,' he wrote before urging fellow 'boomers' to practice 'a little discipline.'
