Gwyneth Paltrow reveals if she wears makeup in her viral cooking videos

Gwyneth Paltrow is getting candid about what goes on behind the scenes of her viral social media videos insisting her followers really are getting a glimpse of her natural look at home.

The wellness mogul, 53, sat down to interview Benny Blanco at the 1 Hotel in New York for her Goop podcast.

At the end of the episode released Tuesday, the music producer flipped the script on the Oscar-winning actress, who revealed that the first thing she does when she wakes up is remove her mouth tape.

The blonde bombshell told Blanco, 38, that she wears the tape, which forces nasal breathing to stop snoring, ‘every night.’

When asked about the last thing she Googled, Paltrow guessed that it was probably ‘Claude-ing a lot of food stuff.’

That’s when Blanco – real name Benjamin Joseph Levin –probed about her late-night eating habits.

After admitting that she probably wouldn’t order in at 2am, especially because her own brand Goop Kitchen isn’t available at that time, Blanco quipped: ‘You’d probably go downstairs and make a frittata and make a video and look so beautiful doing it.’

Much to the amusement of the live audience, the Eastside hitmaker added: ‘I always wonder, I’m like “Is she getting made up before these?” Do you have some sort of filter on it?’

Paltrow is known for posting an inside look at herself whipping up ‘boyfriend breakfasts’ for her husband Brad Falchuk and more recently she showed fans how to whip up an apple Dutch for early autumn.

Blanco’s question forced the Goop owner to defend her videos which inspire millions of followers to cook from scratch.

‘No. Are you kidding?,’ she responded to the music artist, who is married to Selena Gomez.

Paltrow doubled down after Blanco told her: ‘You look so good and every day you’re, like, working so hard and making these videos… I’m like damn… can we come over and be Brad’s friends?’

Elsewhere in the chat Gwyneth gushed over Blanco for his talent for repurposing leftovers. Telling him: ‘My mother would love you.’

All of those yummy recipes Paltrow works on clearly aren't affecting her spouse's physique. 

Blanco, who revealed that he works out at the gym alongside Falchuk, made Paltrow blush as he told the audience that Falchuk 'has an eight-pack' and looks like 'the hulk.'

Paltrow recently appeared on Blanco's Friends Keep Secrets podcast and explained to co-hosts Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco that her spicy Goop candle name was born out of a joke she made.

'I like things that smell kind of unusual,' Paltrow began. 'I like woodsy, leathery. Our first perfume is called Church; it's incensy.'

The  actress went on to share that she was working on finding an 'earthy' fragrance with the perfumer Douglas Little, sorting through tomato leaves and seaweed.

Paltrow said that a sentence she meant to be simply humorous, turned into something Little thought was a 'brilliant' idea.

'So I have a very body sense of humor, and nobody really knows that side of me,' she continued. 'And I said to him, "Well, this one smells like my vagina." As a joke.'
