Both items are absolutely well worth the completion cost, but I will go with the version with Finesse Shot+. This playstyle is one of the top-tier choices in the current meta, and the version also offers better shooting stats and 5* Weak Foot. The card with Technical+ offers 5* Skills, but it’s best suited for players who can perform advanced skills like Elastico.

For most, the version with Finesse Shot+ is a better choice, and the playstyles on it are amazing.
