Her alter-ego was involved in a number of storylines, but her most known one involved being Sophie Webster's (Brooke Vincent) girlfriend.
The pair, who started off as pals, were due to tie the knot - however Sophie ran away at the altar when the guilt of kissing Amber Kalirai got too much for her.
The kiss became too much for Sian and she decided to move away from the Cobbles and back to Southport to be with her mum Janet Powers.
Sacha's happy news comes after her endometriosis diagnosis back in 2018.
According to the NHS website, it is where 'cells similar to those in the lining of the bomb grow in other parts of the body'.
Some symptoms of the condition include problems going to the toilet, fatigue and even trouble getting pregnant.
The Safe House star revealed that she collapsed from 'excruciating' endometriosis pain while she was working out.
Speaking on ITV's Lorraine, she said: 'I started doing burpees, which is the most horrendous movement ever, and I was on the third one and I just dropped to the floor. I've never had that in my life so I didn't know what was happening.
'I immediately started pumping with sweat and I was boiling. I just remember army crawling from one side of the hotel room to where the bathroom was because it was tiled floor and I knew it would be cool.
'The pain was so bad I couldn't even keep still so I crawled onto the bed.
'It felt like forever, but I imagine it was only a couple of minutes.
'I remember thinking, "No one knows I'm here and I don't know what this is'' and eventually it went.'
The star went to the doctors, had a scan and led to her being diagnosed with the condition.
