The star's arrest comes as he is set to appear onstage next Wednesday for his comedy show in nearby Naples at the Off the Hook Comedy Club.

This is not the first time White has gotten in legal trouble.

Nearly two years ago, White was arrested in Texas on one count of animal cruelty and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He was charged with pepper spraying a cat, accusations which he later denied.

His combined bond was reportedly set at $31,000.

In February 2025, he was arrested in the Fort Worth area on two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

White was held without bond before his release just days later, and he later claimed the charges had been dropped.

His history with the criminal justice system dates back to his teenage years.

At age 14, White was convicted of murder for his role in a Foot Locker robbery in Arlington Texas when a codefendant fired a fatal shot.

He served time at a Texas Youth Commission facility before his 1998 release and later studied criminal justice in college and founded an outreach program titled Helping Young People Excel in 2012.

In 2023, White claimed the FBI was holding an investigation regarding allegations that he was holding women hostage as well as possessing illegal weapons.

During a livestream that year, per Complex, he dismissed the claims and mocked them, saying: 'And they said that I got Asian girls now, this is what the FBI said they said.

'They said I got Asian girls held hostage with Glocks, switches and bombs. What they did was, they was watching my live.'
