Claudia Winkleman has hilariously revealed that her children 'aren't allowed' to watch her on TV under 'strict instructions' in her household.
The Traitors host, 52, shares Jake, 21, Matilda, 18, and Arthur, 13, with her husband of 24 years, producer Kris Thykier.
In a new interview with Grazia, the TV icon admitted: 'They have not watched me. They're not allowed. Nobody watches anything I do in my house, under strict instructions.
She added: 'Although they broke rank and watched Traitors and I was appalled'.
Claudia candidly added that the hardest part of being a parent is having to watch her children leave, with her eldest two having flown the nest to go to University.
'It's horrendous,' she said, 'I don't understand why they don't have that in the baby books, along with all the advice about breastfeeding and how to steam a butternut squash.'

It comes just after Claudia made a rare appearance with her three children and her husband as she shared a sweet family clip on Sunday.
The presenter appeared elated as she made a comical Tiktok video 'celebrating her dog getting into Harvard' alongside her kids.
Sat with her black and brown dog on her lap, Claudia clutched on to the pup's paws as she looked intently at her laptop.
Looking equally intense, her family gathered around as they pretended to look at the results.
As Claudia appeared to click through her laptop, the family dramatically celebrated and hugged one another as they pretended their pooch got into the elite establishment.
Captioning the clip, Claudia's daughter, Matilda penned: 'Pretending out dog got into harvard cuz why not'.
Claudia married her film producer partner in 2000 and she has previously explained how she manages to balance her career with home life, quipping 'my husband is a better parent than me.'
The TV personality also confessed her children beg her to give them some space during the 10 months of the year when she's not busy presenting Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking to MailOnline last year, she blamed the 'awful' habit on her former newspaper editor mum Eve Pollard, 76.

She began: 'I get on the tube all the time but I’ve never been recognised in my life, never in my life. I’m on there four times a day with my kids...'
'I’m on telly sometimes but only for two months in the year and the rest of the time, I zip around. For the rest of the year, I lick the children.
'I follow them around and I’m a very annoying human being to them.'
'They say, "Mum give us some space," and I say "no". I’m awful. It comes from my own mum.'
Claudia and her partner have also recently begun working more closely together, after Claudia quit under fire talent agency YMU in July to join Little Arrow, a company founded by Kris.
Claudia currently juggles hosting duties on Strictly Come Dancing, popular series The Traitors and music show The Piano.
She previously explained how she manages to balance her career with her home life, quipping 'my husband is a better parent than me.'
'We share, and when one of us is snowed under, the other person will help. He knows that in the lead-up to the Strictly final, for example, I'm useless, so he might be in charge of getting Christmas presents for our nephews and nieces……
She added that between the two of them, Kris is definitely more lovey-dovey, saying: 'I'm not a romantic person, he's much more romantic than me, the poor guy!'
