Charlotte Dawson has addressed the 'ups and downs' of her relationship with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield after they were caught engaging in a tense chat this week.
The couple were seen looking strained at the National Television Awards on Tuesday night, where Matt was seen walking away from Charlotte after the heated moment.
Just days later, Charlotte paid tribute to her husband-to-be and acknowledged that things between them 'haven't always been perfect'.
Despite their apparent disagreement at the NTAs, Charlotte shared a selection of photos from their evening at the awards ceremony.
Alongside the snaps, she wrote: 'Happy birthday to my sexeh man, my baby daddy, my partner in crime. 10 birthdays together… HOW?! We've had the wildest ride, with more ups and downs than I could ever count, but through it all, we've built our beautiful little family and shared some of the most incredible memories together.
'Life isn't always perfect, but most importantly… we have each other. And after everything, that's what matters.

In exclusive footage obtained by the Daily Mail from Tuesday night, Matt was seen walking away from Charlotte after a heated moment in London's O2 Arena.
Moments later Charlotte appeared frustrated as she followed Matt, 34, to get his attention.
Their intense conversation came just hours after the couple put on a united front as they posed for Instagram snaps in their red carpet looks.
Charlotte, who is mum to Noah, five, Jude, three and 18-month-old Gigi, dazzled in a white corset gown while Matt wore a velour suit jacket and bow tie.
The couple, who have been together for eight years, were hit by split rumours back in December after they 'had a blazing row'.
Charlotte at the time shut down the speculation, just months after she discovered he was 'sexting' another woman.
The Daily Mail has approached Charlotte's representatives for comment.
She opened up about how their relationship is a year on and admitted things have been tough because 'they don't have time to talk'.

She told Closer magazine: 'Noah's lack of routine and his co-sleeping with us has been quite straining on our relationship as well.
'He only wants to go to bed when we do, so we don't have that time to talk and have tea together, and that's so important. I feel like once Noah starts school, we'll find us again.'
Charlotte was left hurt and humiliated after discovering he had sent intimate texts to another woman behind her back last year.
Addressing the news on an episode of her podcast, she said: 'I've seen the messages... they're not nice, it really hurt.'
But just weeks after the news broke, Charlotte shocked fans by revealing she was pregnant with their 'surprise' third child.
Charlotte later gave an update on their relationship, admitting the pair were taking each day as it comes.
She explained: 'Yeah, it's been emotional, but it's been like an actual rollercoaster everything. But now I feel a lot better.
'I feel a bit like everything's been lifted a little bit. We're taking each day as it comes obviously we have children together and obviously got another baby on the way and he is trying so I just want to shake him.'

Commenting on her decision to talk about her difficult personal life on her podcast, she said: 'I'm open and honest. I think that's just the way I've always been.'
Charlotte continued: 'It was difficult for me to be so open about my private life because I know I'm, like, open about fun things and stuff. So it was quite hard for me, and I felt like the podcast was the best place to do it. It's like my safe space.
'I had to address it obviously because everyone was talking about it.'
Rugby ace Matt played as a second-row forward for the Swinton Lions.
He also appeared on Celebs Go Dating with Charlotte as they worked through their relationship problems four years ago.
After their appearance, the couple split but reunited and he proposed to Charlotte in September 2020, a few months before the birth of their first son Noah.
The engagement took place in front of a statue of her famous father, Les Dawson, in Lytham, Lancashire.
