Amelia Brace has welcomed her second child with her husband, Adam Bovino.

The Channel Ten star announced the birth of her son in an Instagram post on Thursday.

'Our sweet Valentino is here, he was worth the wait,' the 38-year-old wrote in her caption, alongside sweet photos of the newborn.

Valentino is the journalist's second son with her award-winning cameraman husband.

The couple also share Leonardo, two, who they welcomed in late October 2023.

The post was inundated with congratulations from friends and fans, who shared their delight in the comments section.

'Oh little darling! Congratulations beautiful family,' wrote one person, while another said: 'How precious! Congratulations'.

'Gorgeous boy joining a gorgeous family,' said someone else, while fellow Channel Ten star Natalie Barr added a blue heart emoji.

Amelia and Adam married in Kangaroo Valley in March 2022, with guests including Nine star Sylvia Jeffreys and husband Peter Stefanovic, Lizzie Pearl, Laura Jayes and Amelia Ballinger.

It's some good news for Amelia after she suffered a professional blow in July, when Network 10 pared back its current affairs program 10 News+ after just one year on air following struggling ratings.

The show has been removed from its weekday line-up and shifted to a single Sunday night broadcast.

From August 10, the broadcaster extended its flagship 5pm news bulletin from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, giving audiences more local news coverage in the key early evening time slot.

10 News+ will continue to air on Sundays at 6.30pm.

Hosted by Amelia Brace and Denham Hitchcock, the program was introduced as the replacement for The Project, which was axed after almost 16 years on air despite attracting a larger audience.

Staff were told about the changes by Ten vice-president of news Martin White, who said the decision had been driven by audience demand for more local reporting.

Both Hitchcock and Brace will remain at Ten, with the former working on several documentaries while the latter is on maternity leave before eventually returning to the network's news division.

The move came just over a year after 10 News+ launched in June 2025 as a one-hour nightly program.

The format was later reduced to 30 minutes in January as the network attempted to improve its performance.
