Bridesmaids Cast Reunites at Oscars 2026—and It's a Party

Why Wendi McLendon-Covey Is Missing Bridesmaids’ Oscars 2026 Reunion

These ladies are ready to PAAAAAAAAARTY.

Bridesmaids costars Rose Byrne, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Maya Rudolph and Ellie Kemper reunited in honor of the film's 15th anniversary, stepping on stage at the 2026 Oscars March 15 to present the award for Best Original Score. (See more celebs on the Academy Awards red carpet here.)

"We are so happy to all be here together tonight," Kristen began onstage at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. “I cannot believe that it's been 15 years now. We are not good with numbers, but we figured it out backstage. That means we shot this movie in 1883."

As Ellie began introducing the nominees in the category, they were interrupted by note cards from audience members sharing how they really feel.

"Well, mine says, 'First of all, you ladies look extremely beautiful tonight,'" Maya said. "That's nice. Aw, thank you. 'You're all aging well.' Signed Stellan Skarsgård."

But the messages started feeling like one battle after another after the Sentimental Value star’s alleged notes. After all, Rose received a message from Leonardo DiCaprio, which read, “‘Rose, can you please stop looking at me? The eye contact is too much. I'm thinking of leaving. I'm very uncomfortable.’”

After the One Battle After Another star, who is up for Best Actor in a Leading Role, playfully nodded in agreement, Rose admitted that she thought he was “somebody else.”

It appeared the Sentimental Value cast had more than a few note cards handy, with Melissa reading off a comment left by Elle Fanning.

“I have to say, mine is almost impossible to read. The handwriting is really pretty terrible,” she said. “It says, ‘Hi, I'm with Stellan Skarsgård, writing my own separate note. I also agree you ladies look radiant.’”

“‘All the things you've done to your faces are very tasteful. Yours truly, Elle Fanning,’” she playfully continued. “Oh, wait, wait, there's more. It says, ‘Just kidding. It's me again, Stellan Skarsgård.”

Meanwhile, Kristen had gotten a message mid-monologue.

“You guys have been talking for a long time,’” she read. “‘This bit could have been a lot shorter. This is really going on and on. You aren't even talking about the score. That's all. Love you lots, Benicio Del Toro. Or for those of you who refuse to learn Spanish, it's Benedict of the Bull.’”

Once this stone-cold pack of weirdos was able to finish reading off the messages, Kristen announced that Sinners had won gold.

But it's not just Bridesmaids' milestone that brought the actresses back together: Rose is also celebrating her Oscar nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in If I Had Legs I'd Kick You. She faces off against Jessie Buckley (Hamnet), Kate Hudson (Song Sung Blue), Renate Reinsve (Sentimental Value) and Emma Stone (Bugonia) at the ceremony, hosted by Conan O'Brien.

And this time, Rose also has longtime partner Bobby Cannavale by her side after he missed the 2026 Golden Globes, where she took home the award for Best Female Actor – Motion Picture – Musical/Comedy.

"I want to thank my husband, Bobby Cannavale," she said from the stage in January. "He couldn't be here because we're getting a bearded dragon, and he went to a reptile expo in New Jersey. So, thank you, baby."

Indeed, the Third Watch actor picked up a bearded dragon named Benny Blue, which has developed quite a bond with his adult son Jake. As the 30-year-old, who Bobby shares with ex  Jenny Lumet, told E! News earlier this month, “Oh dude, me and Benny are tight."

“It’s funny because you know my dad hated pets growing up,” he noted. “And now he’s being a dad again, and everything sort of has changed and he loves animals now. It’s hilarious.”
