Brandi Glanville defended spending Christmas with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and his second wife LeAnn Rimes, whose 2008 extramarital affair on the set of Lifetime movie Northern Lights destroyed her eight-year marriage.
Turns out the 52-year-old RHOBH alum's decision had everything to do with their 17-year-old son Jake Cibrian and 21-year-old son Mason Cibrian.
'I went over there to my ex's house because of my kids. I mean, you guys don't understand the love I have for these children. Like it goes, I would take a bullet for them,' Brandi revealed on her Unfiltered podcast Monday.
'What was I gonna do? Stay over here in my house, be lonely during Christmas or go be with, like, my beloved children and my in-laws who I'm obsessed with and love?...
'Having two separate holidays f***s kids up, guys. It f***s them up. Two birthdays, f***s them up.'
Glanville then admitted: 'I don't know that it would be done if it were the other way around if I had cheated and married and invited him over.'

The 51-year-old Home Economics actor and the 42-year-old Grammy winner - who never had children of their own - have been married for 13 years.
It's only been nine years since the Traitors contestant vented on an episode of RHOBH: 'LeAnn is a c***-ry music star, and she needs to leave my kids out of her mouth. They cheated, they got together, they're a**holes after that - that's their story.'
But last Thursday, Brandi publicly thanked LeAnn 'for offering to help with my situation' involving her facial disfigurement, for which she's spent over $70K and had four consultations with plastic surgeons to fix.
'I can step in there with a f***ed up face and not give a f***,' Glanville said of the Christmas festivities.
'As long as everyone's happy, everyone's in one place, and the kids are happy, and we're having a good time, and the food is good, and it was, you know, it's lovely.'
On Sunday, the 5ft10in former model tweeted that she was 'miserable' ahead of her next appointment with a fifth plastic surgeon scheduled for January 8.
'I get it I look bad! My entire neck shoulders & head feel immense pressure, I'm seeing a new Dr. on the 8th. I'm miserable!' Brandi - who boasts 1.8M social media followers - lamented on X.
'Be nicer I shared this in case it's happening to others. Please be kinder online I've been going through this for over a year. I'm fragile I admit it please!'
Glanville previously consulted with Botched star Terry Dubrow, who informed her it was not a 'parasite' but a 'foreign-body reaction to something she had injected' and it would take five years to fully recover.
'Five years is way too long for me to wait,' Glanville scoffed on her podcast.
'I have s*** to do. I have places to go, people to make out with. I have not had sex since last October [2023]. I haven't kissed [or] made out with anyone. I haven't socialized, really.'
