Eva Green was reportedly rushed to hospital after suffering an accident on the set of Wednesday.
The French actress, 45, is making her debut in the third series of the Addams Family spin-off, but is said to have got off to a bad start after injuring her leg.
Eva, who is best known for playing Bond girl Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale, was said to be filming near Dublin when the accident occurred.
Filming was then halted on the popular show but it is said to have reconvened this month.
A source said: 'This was really nasty. Eva sustained an injury and was clearly in pain and producers were taking no chances.
They added to The Sun: 'Medics were called and Eva went to hospital. She underwent treatment and is now recovering well.'

The Daily Mail has contacted Eva's representatives and Netflix for comment.
Filming for season three of Wednesday began earlier this year.
As well as Eva, Game of Thrones actress Lena Headey, Ted Lasso star James Lance and Pretty In Pink's Andrew McCarthy are joining the new season.
They're joined by Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children's Eva Green, Stranger Things' Winona Ryder, Game of Thrones' Noah Taylor, Knight of the Seven Kingdom's Oscar Morgan, Task's Kennedy Moyer and Dog Day Afternoon's Chris Sarandon.
Wednesday, whose first season holds the record for Netflix's most-watched English-language show of all time, currently has no release date, but fans are expecting another split season after series two was released in halves.
The series stars Jenna Ortega as a teenage iteration of Wednesday Addams, who attempts to solve murder mysteries at her new school.
While there's few details of what fans can expect from series three, it will follow on from the dramatic ending that aired last year - with Wednesday's best friend Enid missing, and a premonition that Wednesday will die.
Al Gough and Miles Millar, the creators, show runners and executive producers, said: 'It’s our dark delight to fling open Nevermore Academy’s gates once more as we begin production on Season Three.
'We thank our invincible cast and crew for their continued commitment to doom and gloom.
'To the fans, we appreciate your patience and ravenous online commentary - your twisted theories have inspired nightmares.
'This season we welcome new students, new teachers, and excavate some long-rotting Addams Family secrets. Don’t say you weren’t warned.'
