Barbara added that she is grateful to her loved ones for supporting her as she felt 'overwhelmed' by all the different reactions to her return to the runway.

'I'm lucky that I have the support from my husband and my family, and they were able to get me there,' she said.

As for the words of advice she has for other new mums, Barbara shared, 'Don't be scared to ask for help'.

It comes after Barbara said she is lucky her 'body has bounced back really quickly' as she walked in the famous show.

The model credited having a strict organic food diet while she was pregnant with being 'the healthiest she has ever been' and said light exercise and breastfeeding have helped her figure postpartum.

She said of her surprise return so soon after giving birth: 'I tell everyone: "This is normal." Maternity leave is six to eight weeks; I’m six weeks tomorrow, so I’m just doing what everyone [else] is doing. And I only need to walk down a runway!

Barbara added to Page Six: 'Funny enough, my body bounced back — luckily — really quickly. Add I think it’s because I’ve never been healthier. During pregnancy, I really wanted to make sure baby girl was healthy, so I only did organic foods.

'And now postpartum, because I’m breastfeeding, I wanted to make sure I was eating good. So that’s how I prepped: I just let my body heal on its own and did some light exercises, but nothing crazy.'

Barbara looked incredible as she hit the runway in a sheer pale pink mini dress with matching lingerie and a white embellished corset with a flowing train and snowflake wings.

The model's proud husband Dylan cheered her on in the front row and Barbara revealed he was looking after their daughter.

'Honestly, there were 50-50 with the reactions. Some people loved that I was back, and some people were like, maybe I should be resting at home', she said

Barbara made her runway debut in 2012 at the age of 19. After a six-year break, she made her official comeback at the 2018 show in New York.

A year later, Barbara made history as the first Hungarian model to become a Victoria's Secret Angel.

After the brand's six-year hiatus, Barbara returned for the revived 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, cheered on by her husband.

The following year Barbara hit the catwalk after suffering a broken foot.

Barbara has previously discussed her diet and fitness routines over the years, which are likely to have played a part in her stunning return to the spotlight.

Before her wedding in July 2023, the model turned to the keto diet – a high-fat, moderate-protein and very-low-carbohydrate eating plan that forces the body to use fat as its primary source of fuel.

Back in 2018, Barbara staggered fans when she revealed that she had prepared for that year's Victoria's Secret show by hitting the gym a whopping 10 times a week.

She gave Vogue Australia insight into what a 'day off' looks like for the long-time angel.

In the short video filmed before the event, Barbara woke up at 7am, got dressed and headed straight to her gym – Dogpound – where fellow models like Ashley Graham, Karlie Kloss and Romee Strijd also work out.

'When there's an important job, like I'm doing the Victoria's Secret Show, I'll go to the gym like 10 times a week, which is very, very heavy on my body, but that's why I have a personal trainer,' she said at the time.

Her exercise regime included donkey kicks, lunges and rope exercises.
