Ashley Tisdale discussed mental health support and community amid the devastating wildfires ravaging throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
On Saturday, the 39-year-old actress took to her Instagram Story to share a heartwarming message to her 16.1 million followers.
She also opened up about her own struggles with mental health and stressed the importance of supporting each other during difficult times.
Tisdale, who listed her Hollywood Hills compound to sell for just under $6.8 million last summer, began: 'There are times in life due to my mental health where I feel very alone even when I'm out to dinner with friends.'
The High School Musical star — who stepped out with her infant daughter Emerson last month — shared her gratitude for her loved ones amid the ongoing, catastrophic fires, which erupted throughout southern California on Tuesday.
'This experience has shown me how many amazing people I have in my life and I am far from alone,' she said as many of her celebrity peers have lost their million-dollar mansions in the fiery blazes.
