2025 Golden Globes: Kylie Jenner Bonds With Boyfriend Timothée Chalamet's Costars

Ariana Grande will not be thanking her mama for this embarrassing red carpet moment.

After all, at the 2025 Golden Globes Jan. 5, Joan Grande couldn’t help but crush on Harrison Ford after spotting him on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton.

“No, no, I’m dead,” Joan, 67, joked to Entertainment Tonight after meeting the Star Wars legend. “That was my goal…We’ve pretty much done everything except Harrison Ford. And I don’t mean we did it, but you know what I mean.”

As Ariana jokingly gagged and tried to walk away, her mom added, “Can you delete that please?” The Wicked star—who was up for Best Supporting Actress alongside Emilia Perez’s Zoe Saldaña and Selena Gomez, The Brutalist’s Felicity Jones, The Substance’s Margaret Qualley and Conclave’s Isabella Rossellini—even went so far as to place one of her hands over her heart to feign her scandalization. Of course, Joan’s racy moment was quickly overshadowed by her pride for her daughter. “She’s magnificent in every way,” she said of Ariana. “It’s inside, outside, in everything she does.”

And the rest of the family agrees.

“Ariana, my heart is absolutely overflowing with pride right now,” her brother Frankie Grande wrote in an Instagram post ahead of the ceremony. “A GOLDEN GLOBE nomination—are we even living in reality?! Watching you transform into Glinda, a character we’ve adored since we were kids, was nothing short of extraordinary. You didn’t just play her; you became her, pouring your heart, soul, and immense talent into every frame.”

The 41-year-old continued, “But what makes me prouder than anything isn’t just your performance (which, let’s be real, was perfection); it’s the way you’ve navigated this journey with humility, grace, and an unwavering kindness toward everyone around you.”
