Unlocking all train stations in Mina the Hollower will give you many fast travel points, which is a huge help if you'd like to travel between regions without having to overcome every obstacle a second time. There are two issues: the trains are out of order, and you must find the train stations before you can use them.

How to unlock trains in Mina the Hollower

The train system in Mina the Hollower enables fast-travel between various areas, but unfortunately, the trains are out of service. To unlock the railway system, you must donate 10,000 bones at any station; drop them in the brown collection box next to the conductor. You can donate any amount of bones at any time and at any station — no need to keep 10,000 bones on hand.

Once that's done, you can take the train to any station you've previously discovered, plus the Coltrane Peak station. Beware that traveling to Coltrane Peak for the first time triggers an event involving a difficult fight, so make sure you're prepared before you go there. Once you've completed this event, you will arrive at the Coltrane Peak train station, so there's no need to search for it.

Here's where to find the other train stations in Mina the Hollower. If you need more details, have a look at our guide on how to reach every area in Mina the Hollower as well. While you're searching for train stations, keep an eye out for mirror locations too, as they also function as fast travel points.

Where to find the Ossex train station in Mina the Hollower

Leave Ossex through the south gate, entering the Southern Outskirts: Commons. Take the second path to the left (the one just below the road sign) and keep walking until you reach a wall. Go north into the Western Wilds: Occupied Bridge. On the second screen to the north, when you see the two small red hedgehogs, go left.

Along the north wall, there is a staircase blocked by red rocks. Start burrowing on a tile adjacent to a lava tile to create a path to the red stones — this will destroy them. You'll have to re-enter burrowing mode at least two times to continue the lava stream.

After passing the red stones, pass through the Molten Foundry in the northeast. Destroy the blockade ahead, and then go right at the first opportunity (at the road sign). Immediately after you enter the next screen, you'll find the Ossex train station to the north.

Where to find the Nox's Bayou train station in Mina the Hollower

To reach this train station location, go to the Western Wilds area west of Ossex again, but this time, continue west after passing the red hedgehogs. You will encounter another wall of boulders and red blocks — like before, start burrowing next to the lava and lead the lava stream to the red stones to destroy them.

Continue south, passing through the Shanty Swamp area with the large green frog. In the large lake area, use the floating platforms to reach the exit in the southeast, where you'll find the Nox's Bayou train station, also known as the Swamp Station.

Where to find the Septemburg train station in Mina the Hollower

Pass the Occupied Bridge west of the Ossex train station. Exit the screen to the northwest to enter Kindlewood: Overgrowth. When you reach the small square connected to a great many burrowing tunnels, take the one leading east. Pass through the pink residence on the next screen.

Exit the next area in the southwest to find a single residence in a large field. When you enter this residence, it'll turn into the Madd House boss. Defeat it, then go left to find Farm Crossing. The Septemburg train station is just a few paces ahead.

Where to find the Bone Beach train station in Mina the Hollower

Start from the Ossex's south gate again and take the second path to the east, leading through the Cave Network. After exiting the caves in the northeast, use the purple bouncy flower to reach the higher ledge in the south (you can move it by burrowing underneath). Jump on the flowers to travel around the room in a counter-clockwise fashion until you reach the exit in the northeast.

Continue southwest to where you'll find another jumping pad flower. You'll want to burrow underneath it and move the flower across the gap to the left. Then, get it as close to the wall to the south, so you can use it to jump to the higher platform.

Lower the rope to the south to create a shortcut and then move to the east. Head inside the second Cave Network, which will lead directly to the Mining Passage. In this area, the ground looks like a bottomless pit, but there are yellow sparkles littered across the ground. The yellow sparkles mark hidden tiles; jump from sparkle to sparkle to reach the pressure plate, then continue east.

After you make it out, you'll end up in the Sandfalls: Sifted Sands. Head to the southeast where you'll find a bomb embedded into the floor. Burrow under the bomb and quickly take it into the southeast corner where you'll find a red TNT cart. Throw the bomb at the cart to explode it.

The Bone Beach station, also known as the Sandy Station, is just ahead. To reach Bone Beach from the train station, you must return to the large sandy area and pass through the door in the middle.
