90 Day: The Last Resort star Jasmine Pineda is almost ready to reveal her boyfriend, Matt Branis, to the world as she’s now talking about why she chose Matt over Gino Palazzolo. Jasmine from Panama City and Gino from Michigan came together for the first time on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5. They both wanted different things in life, with Gino asking Jasmine for a baby and her looking forward to moving to the U.S. and spending his money. However, Jasmine’s life didn’t turn out the way she pictured it when Jasmine came to America.
Jasmine married Gino in June 2023 and by November 2023, she had met Matt at her gym. It’s rumored that she had an affair with her for a month before Gino found out in December 2023.
Jasmine had a special post to share on Instagram a year later, in December 2024, which included a note to Matt. Jasmine added several pictures of herself and thanked 2024 for all the good memories and life lessons she learned the hard way. Amid asking her fans to enjoy their lives outside the screen and not be resentful, she added, “Spoiler: what comes after is always much better.” At the end of her caption was a message to her “love.” She wrote, “I can't wait to kiss you midnight. I love you honey and I always will. You saved me.”

Will Matt Make An Appearance In 90 Day: The Last Resort?
Jasmine will be celebrating her second NYE with Matt this year if the rumors are to be believed. Jasmine was allegedly kicked out by Gino after he found out about Matt, and she has supposedly been living with him in Detroit ever since. Jasmine and Gino did not mention this when they filmed the Happily Ever After? Season 8 Tell All in February 2024. Even on 90 Day: The Last Resort, Jasmine, who was filmed talking to Matt on the phone, referred to him as her “friend.” Matt seemed to be encouraging Jasmine to fix things with Gino.

It's not known how Jasmine will explain the truth of her relationship with Matt on the show, but she has been discussing having an open marriage. There has been no news of their divorce yet, so she likely convinced Gino to stay married, considering she wants to continue living in America. While Jasmine always claimed that she was not interested in moving to the U.S., one of the reasons she fought with Gino was because he messed up in her kids’ immigration process. Jasmine cried about going back to Panama to be with them, but she clearly didn’t.
