The reality TV star, who stars on 1000-Lb Sisters alongside her younger sibling Amy, showed off her physical transformation during a family lake trip in the latest season of the TLC series.

In a promo clip for the show's ninth season, both Tammy, 40, and her sister Amy, 38, wore skin-baring looks as they spent family time at a lake.
