With speculation running amok of exactly how the All-American royal wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will go down and where this holiday weekend, the Miss Americana star and the Super Bowl winner have made it very clear they are very generous.
The superstar couple have also invited the great and grand Dolly Parton to their reportedly $15 million + wedding, Deadline has confirmed. However, it is not clear if the 80-year-old ‘Jolene’ legend will be attending the Madison Square Garden-based hootenanny. Other top tiers invitees include ex-Disney boss Bob Iger (who got a Swift shout-out at the Toy Story 5 LA premiere) and spouse Willow Bay, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw, James Corden, AMC’s Adam Aron, as well as fellow Grammy winners Beyonce and Jay-Z.
No word if one time close Swift pal Blake Lively and hubby Ryan Reynolds were invited. Though Swift is the godmother to one of the couple’s kids, the searing spotlight that the singer got dragged into during Lively’s legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni was not comfortable for anyone concerned — to put it mildly.
What is clear is that Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kelce have donated $26 million to a slew of charities across the nation just ahead of their nuptials and America’s 250th birthday.
With the exception of the $1 million we’ve learned was given to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, there’s no specific sums of who got what and how much. Still, here are the 20 worthy organizations that received some ‘Shake It Off’ + NFL cash over the last week – and Hello Dolly:

A day after Swift moved yet again to have a lawsuit from a Sin City resident over the marketing of her 2025 The Life of a Showgirl album tossed out and the beginnings of a tent going up at NYC’s MSG, the rumor mill is grinding out tales and tea of what is happening at the arena over the next two days. As trucks load in to the fabled venue with the makings of foliage, stages staircases, food, boxes marked “Garden Party,” and Kelce’s teammates descend on Manhattan, word is the couple are having a dinner tonight and an NDA enforced “1,000 guest gathering” (as one well-placed source put it) for July 3rd.
For all the permits issued by various NYC agencies for whatever is going down in MSG today and tomorrow, a marriage license for the 36-year-olds doesn’t seem to be one them. Whether Swift and Kelce actually already got hitched in Rhode Island, where they have a home, is impossible to tell. The fact is the Original 13 state keeps some paperwork under lock and key for 100 years to everyone except the participants.
Having said that, no less than NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch pretty much revealed the meat and bones of things earlier this week. “I would be remiss not to mention an event that we are tracking at Madison Square Garden on Friday night,” Tisch said at a public briefing. “The NYPD will, of course, have a detail in place, but I am not going to go into more specifics on that at this time.”
With Swift having seen concerts under threat in the past, the Commissioner added: “Our Intelligence and Counter Terrorism Division does assessments of events that happen across the city, and certainly all major events that happen across the city. So we will make sure that we have the appropriate resources based on their threat assessment for that specific private event as we do for all major events that are occurring across the city.”
To that, law enforcement sources on June 24 confirmed to Deadline that NYPD and Penn Station Amtrak officers have been assigned to put extra bodies and resources in place for Swift and Kelce’s shindig.
Around MSG, NYPD barriers have been put in place, and this being America in 2026, at least one local GOP member of Congress sought to get some Swift shine of her own out of it with a complaint about the costs. Rep. Nicole Malliotakis’s team went online this AM looking for “Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce should reimburse NYPD for the 130 officers needed per day to keep their multi-million dollar, thousand person wedding at MSG safe.”
Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce should reimburse NYPD for the 130 officers needed per day to keep their multi-million dollar, thousand person wedding at MSG safe.
Our officers are already working overtime for 4th of July festivities & NYC taxpayers should NOT be on the hook.
Besides the fact that Swift and Kelce are actually paying out for the added security, maybe the big bucks donations now public from the deep pocket duo will appease the clearly uninvited Congresswoman a bit. Maybe.
