Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Pauline Kelley is reportedly pregnant in jail but has been denied the furlough she requested to give birth, it is claimed.
Kelley, 30, already has a four-year-old daughter called Kaliyah Grace, whom she delivered during a temporary prison release in 2022 and who has been in Judd's custody amid Kelley's repeated run-ins with the law.
At present, Kelley is serving a 15-month jail sentence in Virginia, having pled guilty this June 18 to driving with a suspended or revoked license in connection with an incident last October, according to records viewed by the Daily Mail.
Her counsel filed a petition July 2 saying Kelley was expecting a baby via scheduled c-section at some time around August 16, per legal documents obtained by People.
Kelley's legal team asked that she receive a temporary release from prison for the operation, as it would necessitate that she be 'confined to bed' for three days.
However, at a July 16 hearing that Kelley attended virtually while in prison, judge Clark A Ritchie denied the furlough, according to court records. It remains unclear whether Kelley has yet given birth to her second child.
The Daily Mail has contacted Kelley's attorney and Judd's representative for comment.

In requesting her furlough, Kelley's counsel argued that a refusal would 'complicate the delivery of the child, which must be performed in a sterile operating room; prevent the child’s father from being present at the birth; [and] prevent the father and other family members from visiting [Kelley] before and after the child’s birth.'
However, Kelley was claimed to have 'no contact with her biological family in Tennessee' – including her 'biological mother,' who was singled out for mention – in court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
Kelley was further alleged to be getting 'no contact or support from that side of the family,' according to those legal records.
In order to undergo her c-section, she will be taken to the hospital by a Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, the court documents state.
Upon her expected release from Rockingham County Jail in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Kelley will begin five years of supervised probation.
Kelley was arrested twice in 2024, first for soliciting prostitution before she was again apprehended for allegedly stealing a church van and driving it on a 'heroin-fueled rampage.'
She gave birth to Kaliyah after a May 2023 arrest for violating her parole and breaching a restraining order, according to The Daily Beast.
In that case, she was granted a short leave from jail in order to give birth, but she had to return afterward to finish out her sentence.
In August 2024, Kelley was arrested for allegedly stealing a pastor's van in rural Virginia. He said insurance determined the van was totaled after her arrest in Georgia

Then, in April 2024, Grace was arrested in Alabama after allegedly exposing her breasts and 'lower body' while walking next to a busy highway.
She was initially charged with two misdemeanors, indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, but later that month a third charge of soliciting prostitution was added.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Millbrook Police Chief P K Johnson claimed that Kelley had been holding a sign by the road that read, 'A Ride for a Ride.'
Kelley's soliciting charge was eventually dropped, and her indecent exposure charged was reduced to the less-severe public lewdness.
That wasn't the end of her legal run-ins, as she was arrested on August 3 in rural Georgia and charged with misdemeanor counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment properly, per the Carroll County Jail's records.

She was accused of stealing a pastor's van in rural Virginia, even though he got in another car and attempted to box her in to stop her joy ride.
Police eventually stopped her, at which point she allegedly told them that 'she had sold her soul to the devil.'
According to police, she later tested positive for heroin use that evening.
The pastor, who lives 20 miles from the nearest town in a rural area, exclusively told DailyMail.com that he believed Kelley may have snuck into his trailer while he was watching his son's ballgame and come along for their ride back home.
He added that he later found a bag and some shoes that he believed belonged to her in the trailer, bolstering his suspicions.
Kelley also has previous arrests from years earlier for methamphetamine production, evading arrest and driving while intoxicated.
