Channing Tatum Strips Down in Shirtless Selfie After Zoë Kravitz Breakup
Zoë Kravitz is stepping up this award season amid her split from Channing Tatum.
Despite the fact that she and the 21 Jump Street star broke up in October after three years together, they are still connected professionally this award season through Blink Twice—Zoë directorial debut in which Channing starred.
And when the film was announced as a shortlist contender for Best Original Score at the 2025 Academy Awards, Zoë celebrated the nod by sharing a post from the movie’s Instagram account to her Dec. 18 Story—one that sported the face of her ex.
In addition to resharing the post, the 36-year-old tagged composer Chanda Dancy and added a GIF that read, “Killing it.”
But that wasn’t the only time Channing made an appearance on his ex’s social media. Amid the growing award season buzz around the movie, actress Jodie Turner Smith shared a link to an Atlantic article to her Story that read, “The Movie That Mattered Most,” and bore a still from Blink Twice featuring its star.
Jodie tagged Zoë in her Story, which the Big Little Lies alum then reshared to her own.
The references to her ex come less than two months after she and Channing parted ways at the end of October, almost exactly one year after they’d gotten engaged.
While neither has commented publicly on their split, Channing shared an update on their professional future just hours before their breakup was reported.

In an Instagram Story Oct. 29, the 44-year-old shared a post from Dave Bautista that announced the cast for an upcoming comedy film Alpha Gang. And sure enough, in addition to Cate Blanchett, Steven Yeun, Riley Keough and Léa Seydoux, Channing and Zoë are also set to costar alongside each other.
During their time together, both parties often spoke candidly about how their creative partnership flourished amid their romance.
As Zoë told E! News in August of working on Blink Twice with Channing, “Making art is our love language. We hope to continue doing it.”
She also spoke to the process of landing on Channing for the role of antagonist in the film.
“I approached him knowing he was the right person and just hoping that he would do it,” the High Fidelity star explained. “He was asking me, ‘Why do you think I should play this role?’ He said, ‘No one really asks me to play roles like this.' And I said, ‘That's exactly why I'm doing it.’”

But as it turns out, convincing him was the most difficult part of the pair’s journey making the movie—once Channing arrived on set, it was smooth sailing.
“We were so in tune,” Zoë added. “We worked on this project together, developing the character for so long. There are some scenes that people will see that are just off the charts. He's so good in the film. I’m so proud of him.”
And Channing—who shares daughter Everly, 11, with ex-wife Jenna Dewan—had also spoken to the harmony he and Zoë experienced working together creatively.
“Our relationship was sort of born inside of the creative process of it in a way,” he told E! News in July. “It didn't feel any different. That was what brought us together and made us really feel like we're very connected on what we love about life, what we love about just things in general about being alive.”
