Graphic: Polygon | Source images: Everstone Studio/NetEase Games via PolygonThe Where Winds Meet map is filled with all sorts of activities that may not only lead to memorable stories but also make your character stronger. The main story guides you through the regions, but an explorer's spirit is what you need to learn everything the world of Where Winds Meet has to offer.
Bounding Stones are among the most common landmarks found in Where Winds Meet. You can identify them by swords stuck in the ground next to stones bearing inscriptions on their surface. Interacting with these stones grants you access to the teleport system in the game, which makes traversing the maps of this fictional version of tenth-century China a breeze. Chests scattered throughout the map are even more common than Bounding Stones, and they usually contain experience, unique currency, and materials.
You won't find only treasures and mystical stones on the Where Winds Meet map, though. There are outposts to invade. These old fortresses hold special treasures you can claim only after defeating the group of enemies that has taken over the place. However, if you want an epic challenge to face, you can chase the world boss fights on the map.
There are only a few of the things you find and do in Where Winds Meet while exploring the game's large areas and lively villages. There are many NPCs to talk to, shops to visit, martial arts to unlock, and bounties to hunt.
Below, with our Where Winds Meet interactive map, you can keep track of all these activities and places. The map covers major regions like Qinghe, Kaifeng, and Hexi making it the perfect tool to explore this fantastical world.
