Kylie Kelce Reveals How Many Nannies She, Jason Kelce Employ for Their 4 Kids

As Kylie Kelce and husband Jason Kelce began growing their squad, it became clear they wouldn't be able to continue man-to-man coverage.

With daughters Wyatt, 7, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 18 months, the Not Gonna Lie podcaster and the former Philadelphia Eagles center, 38, have long been forced to play zone. But the Pennsylvania-based pair have drafted a few more players to help them tackle the day-to-day challenges of parenting.

"We do have a nanny,” Kylie told Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson on the Oct. 14 episode of their IMO podcast. "I always give a shout out because we couldn’t do it without her."

Jason’s parent's Ed Kelce and Donna Kelce also provide some crucial blocking. Though Kylie's mom and dad Lisa McDevitt and Ed McDevitt have a certain home field advantage.

"My parents live 15 minutes from us," explained the Philadelphia native, 34, "and they have helped us in every way imaginable."

Still, with their separate podcasts (Jason hosts the wildly popular New Heights series with brother Travis Kelce) and the athlete's new gig as an ESPN commentator, their full-time caregiver is a crucial part of the duo's game plan.

"My husband and I have very busy schedules," Kylie explained, noting that their nanny maintains a fairly standard 9-to-5. "We don't necessarily want a live-in nanny or someone who’s going to be raising our kids void of us."

That being said, she understands that others may prefer to run a different route.

For Kim Kardashian, taking on her lifestyle empire, reality TV gig, attorney aspirations and raising kids North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8 and Psalm, 7, requires the help of a few crucial MVPs.

The SKIMS founder recently revealed to The Times that she has five caregivers on rotation to ensure she has one with the kids at all times. Meanwhile, the 45-year-old works round-the-clock, sharing, "I still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want. I read books with the kids every night."

And, of course, she's not the only star to require a bit of assistance to get her f--king ass up to work. See what more celebrities have said about their hired help.

Admittedly, four kids are a lot for Kim Kardashian to keep up with. So the SKIMS CEO has amassed a roster of five nannies, with at least one caregiver available to be there for North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm (her kids with former husband Kanye "Ye" West) at any given time.

Of course her job as Mom has even more irregular hours. In addition to school drop off and pick up, The Kardashians star told The Times in an October 2026 interview. "I still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want."

When Kylie Kelce and husband Jason Kelce were looking to draft a nanny, they dug into all of the stats. With the retired Philadelphia Eagles center's elevated profile (have you heard of his brother, Taylor Swift's husband Travis Kelce?), "We're in a unique situation," she noted during an October 2026 appearance on Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson's IMO podcast. "We weren’t going to your typical online databases to find a random person from our neighborhood."

They also weren't interested in having someone huddle up with them 24/7. "We don’t necessarily want a live-in nanny or someone who’s going to be raising our kids void of us," she explained of just having their caregiver during "regular work hours."

Khloe Kardashian has no interest in taking on parenting daughter True and son Tatum (her kids with ex Tristan Thompson) alone. When a fan declared in a since-deleted 2019 post that the Good American founder "can't go anywhere without her nanny," she tried a snappy response on for size.

"I can go anywhere and everywhere with whom I choose to," the reality star clapped back. "I choose to treat everybody like family that is in my house. I choose to invite whoever wants to come to fun outings. We all love and enjoy the farmers market and it's so fun to go places and create memories together."

Dylan Dreyer

Yes, the fact that Dylan Dreyer's eldest son Calvin preferred his nanny when he was a baby left the Today meteorologist feeling a little gloomy. "I was home a lot," the TV host, also mom to Oliver and Rusty with ex Brian Fichera, noted on a June 2026 episode of her podcast The Parent Chat. "I work a schedule where I can be home by 11 o’clock in the morning, I was there to cook dinner, but he preferred her."

Eventually, though, she saw the sunnier side of the situation, noting, "That relationship is so important because it helps you build your village and gives you the time to give to yourself, too."

Cardi B

Oh, Cardi B needs the dollars to raise Kulture, Wave and Blossom (her kids with ex-husband Offset) and her son with Stefon Diggs. Before her youngest's arrival, the Grammy winner tallied everything she'd spent on childcare in a May 2025 social media clip.

Among the line items: $45,000 a year in private school tuition, tutoring for her two eldest, piano class and gymnastics for Kulture, boxing for Wave, a personal chef that works 10 hours a day and the kids' driver, who "is on a retainer for $10,000 a month."

As far as childcare, "My cousin babysits Wave and Kulture. She gets paid $3,000 a week," the musician detailed, noting that Blossom also had a nanny who pocketed $500 per shift because "she's only staying in the daytime."

Katy Perry

Why, yes, sometimes Katy Perry does feel, feel so paper thin, like a house of cards, one blow from cavin' in. And yet, "I have a wonderful nanny, but I don't have a full-time nanny," she explained during a 2022 appearance on the Smartless podcast, "because I feel like if I had a full-time nanny then I would never be able to know how to care for my daughter like I'm meant to."

At the time, that meant being wide awake with then-toddler Daisy (her daughter with ex Orlando Bloom) even if she was just hours removed from performing in her Las Vegas residency. "Any day I get off, I'm just in mom mode," detailed Perry. "It doesn't matter if I've had a show that goes to 11 p.m. the night before, I'm waking up at 6 o'clock and we're gonna go and do breakfast."

Jenny McCarthy

Arguably, Jenny McCarthy was very much there to make friends with her nanny. Before Ashley Iaconetti began her Bachelor journey in 2014, she was a caregiver for McCarthy and ex husband John Asher's then-tween son Evan, McCarthy explained on a July 2026 episode of Bachelor Happy Hour: "And of course, my son was like, 'I have the hottest nanny in the world.'"

Erin Andrews

Erin Andrews knows better than most that there's no I in team. Which is why the NFL broadcaster wants to highlight the MVP of her household roster. When readying herself to return to the sidelines after she and husband Jarret Stoll welcomed son Mack in 2023, she remembered having a chat with her live-in nanny about fully opening up her personal playbook.

"So many people don't talk about it," Andrews noted in a 2024 interview with E! News, "so it gives out this weird picture that I got it all. I can deal with a 10-month-old, I can deal with a husband, I can do it."

But with a busy career and complicated in-season travel schedule, she truly needs the assist. "People have all sorts of help, whether it's daycare, a church group, their mom, a relative," Andrews explained. "So I think it is really important to just be like, 'I don't have it all together.' I feel like honesty is the best way and why try to candy coat and make it look so simple?"

Chrissy Teigen

All of Chrissy Teigen loves all of the staffers that allow her household to run smoothly. "I hate pretending that we do it on our own," the cookbook author told Vanity Fair in 2019 of how she and singer husband John Legend care for Luna, Miles, Esti and Wren. "We have daytime help, nighttime, weekend. I don't know how my mom did it."

Tina Fey

Tina Fey's not like a regular mom, she's an honest mom. "I know it's bulls--t that I say 'babysitter' instead of nanny," the Saturday Night Live alum, who shares daughters Alice and Penelope with husband Jeff Richmond, wrote in her 2011 book Bossypants. "What I have is a full-time nanny, and I should be roundly punished for trying to make it seem like the teenager next door comes over one night a week."

It's not as if she thought it was so fetch to bend the truth. It's just the word nanny gave the Mean Girls writer "class anxiety and race anxiety."
