The 39-year-old Australian model has listed the one-bedroom apartment, which spans 1,100 square feet, for USD $2.375 million (AU $3.34 million).
The property is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in a historic building that dates back to 1915, and is located in the heart of the Big Apple.
The apartment has been recently renovated and combines classic New York charm with modern luxury touches.
Inside, the home features a long foyer that leads into a 27 by 23-foot living room with a wall of western-facing windows, flooding the space with natural light.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fitted with contemporary upgrades, including a cast iron soaking tub in the master bath, while built-in wardrobes make the most of the apartment’s compact layout.
The apartment also features a 20ft bedroom with five corner windows and an ensuite marble bathroom.
The hefty price tag stands in stark contrast to the Australian property market, where a similar sized apartment in an upmarket area can typically be purchased for under $1 million.

She has recently been taking time away from the catwalk to focus on her business interests and family.

Posting a tribute to her children on Instagram in June 2024, she wrote: 'All mine, actually... my belief is they are not "mine".
'I'm just here to raise, nurture and nourish them, to love them and guide them the best way I can.
'Hopefully they will love and respect me for that, and we will create a forever unbreakable bond that will keep us close.'
She continued: 'So we can share a million memories and laughs together for our entire lifetimes.
'I respect these little people as equals and I probably learn as much if not more from them as they do from me.'
