EXCLUSIVE: Untitled is in talks with Emily Gerson Saines to acquire her Brookside Artist Management, sources tell Deadline.

Further details are being kept under wraps for now. But this would mark a major development for Brookside, the company originally named Gerson Saines Management that Gerson Saines founded upon transitioning to management in 1998.

A longtime manager as well as an Emmy Award-winning producer, Gerson Saines has over the years built a distinguished client roster that includes Kieran Culkin, Macaulay Culkin, Daveed Diggs, Cynthia Nixon, Brenda Song, Sebastian Stan, Maria Bakalova, Grace Van Patten, and Vanessa Williams, among others. She pivoted to management following a stint as vice president at the William Morris Agency, having begun her career at CAA.

On the production side, Gerson Saines executive produced HBO’s seven-time Emmy-winning TV movie Temple Grandin, which brought her an Emmy for Outstanding Made for Television Movie, as well as a Peabody Award. More recently, she executive produced HBO Max’s Tokyo Vice and Starz’s Blindspotting.

A leading management company with a track record spanning over 25 years, Untitled has experienced significant growth recently, two years ago becoming part of the TPG-backed global entertainment company Initial Group, led by CEO Michel Pratte. Soon after, TPG acquired the literary-focused management company Grandview, which is now part of Untitled.
