Trump Blames Obama & “Sleepy Joe Biden” Again For Having To Bomb Iran; Plugs Sean Hannity’s Show

The self-declared “Peace President” today proclaimed that he had to attack Iran because of his predecessors.

Donald Trump wrote Monday online that if he hadn’t terminated “Obama’s horrendous Iran Nuclear Deal (JCPOA), Iran would have had a Nuclear Weapon three years ago.”

As strikes from the U.S. and Israel on Tehran and the remaining Iranian leadership continues today, Trump went on to say: “That was the most dangerous transaction we have ever entered into, and had it been allowed to stand, the World would be an entirely different place right now. You can blame Barack Hussein Obama, and Sleepy Joe Biden. THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP!”

Listing off the 44th POTUS’ entire name, the posting repeated remarks Trump made earlier Monday during a White House Medal of Honor ceremony about Obama and the since torn up 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran Monday during a White House medal ceremony. At the same event honoring a trio of Army vets, the former Apprentice host also veered off script several times, including a riff on gold drapes and the new ballroom under construction at the Executive Mansion.

Neither Obama nor Biden have responded to Trump’s latest attacks on them. It has not gone without notice or some degree of irony, that Trump, facing low approval ratings, the on-going Epstein Files fallout, and more, years and years ago posted at length about Obama likely attacking Iran to ensure reelection and other political opportunities. Obama never did attack the Islamic Republic and went the vastly unpopular diplomatic route.

Besides a quick video from his Florida estate in the early hours of February 28 as American and Israeli war planes and missiles were unleashed and the medal ceremony today, Trump has yet to address the nation and the world on the second attack on the Islamic Republic in the past six months. He did post on the weekend about the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei before it was confirmed clearly reluctantly by the country’s state media. Today, in a rare afternoon posting barrage (Trump is usually more of a 1 am ET kinda guy) he threw up a proposal to put himself on a $250 bill, reaction to last week’s SOTU, his takeover of the Kennedy Center, and his TrumpRX program.

Playing directly to the MAGA base, he also advocated Monday that “everybody watch Sean Hannity tonight at 9 P.M. Bibi Netanyahu will be interviewed!”

While not giving a formal speech, Trump has been on a traditional media blitz as well.

Talking to almost every outlet under the sun, he even showed up on CNN for the first time in ages.

In a telephone interview, Trump told Jake Tapper that a “big wave” against Iran “hasn’t even happened” yet in what is a four-week long planned campaign of regime change and military neutering. “We haven’t even started hitting them hard,” Trump said to one of his most consistent critics. “We’re knocking the crap out of them.”

Not long afterwards, even as buoyant and self-described “G.O.A.T.” Trump agreed online too to attend the White House Correspondents’ Dinner for the first time. as a clearly desperate Iran took retaliatory shots at US bases and allies in the Middle East, the State Department advised Americans in Israel and 13 countries in the region to “DEPART NOW!”

The @SecRubio @StateDept urges Americans to DEPART NOW from the countries below using available commercial transportation, due to serious safety risks.
