Tom Holland Shares Sweet Glimpse Into Date Night With Girlfriend Zendaya

Tom Holland is weaving himself into Zendaya’s family traditions this year.

The Avengers: Infinity War star revealed that he plans to celebrate the upcoming holidays in the States with his girlfriend and her family.

"I’m going to be in America this year,” the 28-year-old said on the Dish podcast Dec. 17. “I’ll be with my girlfriend’s family, which is fun.”

And while Tom is looking forward to spending time with the Challengers actress’ family, he admitted that they are already looking ahead to how they’ll do holidays in the future.

“I think what we’d like to start doing is, rather than like spending it with each family, each year is bring the families together,” the Cherry actor said. “That’s what I think we want to do next time. This time, since we’re both actors, we’re terrible at organizing things so it hasn’t happened yet.”

One thing he has been working on organizing? Low key dinner dates. Zendaya had Tom by her side in Massachusetts while she filmed The Drama with Robert Pattinson, and making sure things are cozy, Tom revealed that took charge of cooking for his leading lady. Although, it hasn’t been that great.

“I’m starting to venture into a lot of vegetarian cooking,” he said. “My girlfriend’s vegetarian. So, I’ve been in Boston these past few weeks and she’s been working so I’ve been doing a lot of the dinners, and they haven’t been great.”

As for Zendaya, Tom revealed she has a hit signature dish.

“I actually love Zendaya’s spicy vodka fusilli thingamagigy,” he said of his favorite dish. “And it is delicious.”

The pair—who have been a couple since 2021—began working together in 2016 on Spider-Man: Homecoming. And while they have kept details of their relationship private, Tom—who will reteam with Zendaya in the fourth Spider-Man movie and an upcoming Christopher Nolan film—couldn’t help but gush about his and the Emmy winner’s dynamic onscreen and offscreen.

“I think that’s where Zendaya and I have been such a strong couple, as in the spirit of being able to relate with one another on something that is very, very unique,” he shared. “And I think it’s just relying on the people around you. It’s about being a little bit more organized knowing where you want to go, and there are restaurants that have little back rooms and stuff where you can have a more private night. But at the end of the day, it’s no hardship.”

He added about their relatable love, “It’s a saving grace.”
