This article covers a developing story. Continue to check back with us as we will be adding more information as it becomes available.
Per Variety, as of Sunday morning, Toy Story 5 is projected to close out its fifth weekend in theaters by hitting a cumulative global gross of $958 million, comprising $430 million at the domestic box office and an additional $528 million from international markets. This makes the movie only the third 2026 release to pass the $950 million global milestone (behind the billion-dollar hits The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and Michael).
This milestone puts it on track to earn roughly $1.1 billion by the end of its run, which would make it the highest-grossing movie in the six-film franchise.
