The 50-year-old Spider-Man alum and the 48-year-old jewelry designer - who should not be eating sushi - brought along their 16-year-old son Otis and his friend for the fancy family meal.
The amicable exes' nine-year marriage ended in 2016, and their divorce was finalized in 2020.
On Tuesday, Meyer posted a video via Instastory of her bourgeoning bump ahead of delivering her third child, a daughter, later this year.
Maguire and the nepo baby of Wild Bunch CEO Ronald Meyer's 19-year-old daughter Ruby is said to be enrolled at the Ivy League school Brown University in Providence, RI - according to Us Weekly.
