Chase McWhorter, the ex-husband of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Miranda McWhorter, has pleaded not guilty to accusations he drove on a suspended license in the wake of a DUI he got last summer.
Chase, 30, was pulled over by police on January 25, 2026 in Utah and cited for driving without a license and operating a vehicle without insurance, according to court filings reviewed by TMZ. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Chase has asked the court to order the prosecution to provide copies of the 911 calls involved, in addition to communications between police in the matter.
Chase was taken into custody this past July 4 in connection with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and cocaine possession.
Chase, who is father to two kids with Miranda, 27 - son Brooks, six, and daughter Cohen, four, - was slurring his speech, smelled like alcohol and sported 'bloodshot' eyes at the time of his arrest, officers said in their report, according to TMZ.
Daily Mail has reached out to Chase McWhorter for further comment on the story.

Chase explained his side of the situation in a December TikTok post, saying that it was 'time to address the elephant in the room.'
Chase made clear he was gonna be direct, saying, 'I don't have a PR person, so we're just gonna raw dog this s***.
'The reports you saw yesterday that came out about what happened on July 4 with me are true.'
Chase said he made an 'extremely short-sighted, selfish, and dangerous decision' in taking to the road while intoxicated.
'I was pulled over for driving under the influence, had ingested substances that I shouldn't have, and got behind the wheel of a car,' Chase said.
He added a 'shout-out to the cop for helping people stay safe on the road, because it could have ended much worse than it did.'
Chase was subsequently cited on September 19, 2025 in connection with driving on a suspended or revoked license, TMZ reported.
He paid a fine after entering a guilty plea, according to the outlet.

Chase, who was married to Miranda from 2017 until 2024, had been detained in December in connection with driving on a suspended license, as well as speeding, according to TMZ.
Miranda, who is a MomTok influencer, and Chase split in August of 2024.
Miranda in December 2025 told People of her love life since the split: 'I'm single, but I don't know that I would say I'm dating.
'I don't really go out much. I'm just so busy. My schedule's so crazy that it's so hard to prioritize dating, and so, obviously my career and my kids comes first, so I'm open to anything.'
Miranda said she was 'trying to start putting myself out there more.'
Miranda acknowledged rumors she and Chase had resumed romantic relations during an appearance this week on The Southern Tea podcast with Lindsie Chrisley.
Miranda said that fans of the Hulu series often had misconceptions, saying, 'I think I still see a lot of assumptions of people being like, "There's no way Miranda and Chase aren't still hooking up."'
She added: 'Come on now, you guys.'
