Although it's still only speculation that Phillip is Pugcasso, this clue seems to confirm it even more. Pugcasso's reference to being in another competition was a hint at Phillip winning American Idol season 11. However, the most important clue was the Olympics. In 2012, Phillip's song, "Home," was featured during NBC's coverage of the 2012 London Summer Olympics, especially during scenes with the United States Women's Gymnastics team. The song had a major resurgence in sales due to its exposure during the Olympics.

This wasn't the only reference to Pugcasso and Phillip's connection to the Olympics during The Masked Singer season 14. On Premiere Night, one of his clues was London's Big Ben. London is where the Olympics took place when Phillip's song was featured.

Other Clues That Prove Pugcasso Is Phillip Phillips

Throughout The Masked Singer season 14, there have been many other clues that prove that Pugcasso is Phillip. There were many American Idol clues, such as on Premiere Night, when he held a first place trophy and said that he had overnight success. Pugcasso also stated that he was supposed to go into the family business, but then threw his name in the hat for something big. This referenced Phillip leaving his family's pawn shop business to compete on American Idol. In addition, there was the number 132 million on Spice Girls Night, which referred to the then record-breaking number of votes that were cast during the season 11 finale in 2012, when Phillip won.

Pugcasso also mentioned being rejected by people who told him that he wasn't good at music. Phillip auditioned for America's Got Talent season 2 before American Idol, but he didn't make it to the finals, and his appearance wasn't aired on the show.

There have also been many clues that referenced Phillip's albums and songs. During Spice Girls Night, a picture of the moon was referred to his 2012 debut album, The World from the Side of the Moon. A home plate on Premiere Night represented his song, "Home," while a sign that said, "Bye Bye Bye," on Clueless Night was a nod to his song, "Gone, Gone, Gone."

During The Masked Singer season 14 Spice Girls Night, Pugcasso told a story about doing the biggest show of his life in another country, surrounded by music legends Bruce Springsteen and John Mayer. In 2013, Phillip toured with John Mayer, and, as part of the tour, he sang at the Rock in Rio festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band also performed there.

A Hawaiian shirt on Clueless Night was a hint about Phillip's appearance in an episode of Hawaii Five-0. A golf clue referred to his love for the game and his participation in celebrity golf tournaments.

Phillip's love story with his wife was also told through Pugcasso's Masked Singer clue packages. Pugcasso met the love of his life in a small town, and he thought he'd have to leave her to go on tour. However, she joined him instead. Phillip met his wife, Hannah, in Georgia when he was 18, and they got married on October 24, 2015. Hannah toured with Phillip for at least eight years, including when he went on tour with Matchbox Twenty. A visual clue of a matchbox in a suitcase represented when Phillip went on that tour.

Although it hasn't been confirmed yet, all of Pugcasso's clues indicate that he's most likely Phillip. His latest Olympics clue is further confirmation of this. The panelists aren't even close to guessing him, and he's so talented that fans will most likely have to wait until the Masked Singer season 14 finale to see if this guess is right. Whoever Pugcasso turns out to be, he has a fantastic chance of taking home the Golden Mask Trophy because he's a true artist.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
