‘The Madison’ Renewed for Season 3 at Paramount+

The Madison” has been renewed for Season 3, Variety has learned.

The series originally debuted on Paramount+ in March, while a second season has already been filmed. No premiere date is set for Season 2 at the time of this publishing.

Per Paramount, “The Madison” reached 8 million viewers in its first 10 days of availability, making it the most-watched debut for a Taylor Sheridan show. Michelle Pfeiffer leads the cast along with Kurt Russell, Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, Matthew Fox, and Will Arnett.

The series follows the wealthy Clyburn family, who are shattered after family patriarch Preston (Russell) and his brother Paul (Fox) are killed in a plane crash in Montana while visiting a ranch they frequented. Stacy (Pfeiffer), Preston’s widow, takes the family to Montana as they struggle to process their grief.

Sheridan created the series and serves as executive producer. Both Pfeiffer and Russell executive produce in addition to starring. Additional executive producers include David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, and Keith Cox. Voros directs all six episodes of the debut season. “The Madison” is produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions.

Sheridan’s other shows at Paramount+ include: the oil industry drama “Landman,” which is prepping its third season; the mafia dramedy “Tulsa King” starring Sylvester Stallone, which is prepping its fourth; military drama “Lioness,” which is prepping its third; and the upcoming drama “Dutton Ranch,” which serves as a spinoff to “Yellowstone.”
