According to Vitality, there was an outage a mere 10 minutes after the launch. They announced they were "working quickly" to resolve the tech issue. Vitality eventually provided an update saying that the store was finally live and admitted that the outage was caused by "high traffic" to the website.
Later on, both Joey and Kelsey posted their own updates to acknowledge the situation and echoed Vitality's statement about the cause of the outage. They thanked fans for their "patience and support." The Bachelor couple also shared a collaboration post on their Instagram pages to promote The Joey And Kelsey Edit, calling the line "bold" and "electric." Photos in the post featured the couple during a photo shoot while wearing the new clothing. They also revealed that fans could receive a 10% discount.
