The Apprentice star Jessica Cunningham has welcomed her sixth child as she took to Instagram to share the happy news on Wednesday.

The businesswoman, 39, who first found fame on Lord Alan Sugar's show back in 2016, gave birth to her daughter Dolores Joy Juno during a home water birth.

Sharing a series of sweet snaps with the newborn, Jessica beamed as she penned: 'IT’S OFFICIAL ❤️ I am a Mama of 6!!!!!! I need a new car.'

She told fans: 'On Monday baby Dolores Joy Juno arrived on her due date, in our beautiful family home, in the water, with the sun shining and over looking the garden, and to the song ‘baby love’ - to say it was perfection is an understatement.

'My heart and family feel full and complete. The birth was amazing, I had so much gratitude for my body being able to hold and birth this little lady, Alex for being my warrior king, holding my hand, boiling the pans for the water and just being there.'

Jessica promised fans a whole birth story video, before also sharing a snap of her body an hour after giving birth.

Jessica added: 'I am in total bliss and the best moments of my life were when each of her siblings met her for the first time.

'I don’t really share the kids on socials, they are my little sacred people, but if I did your hearts would melt at their reactions. Hence why this is the only pictures I’m sharing of my little Da loo loo.

'Anyway, I’m offline for a while whilst I focus on nappies, feeding and snuggles!'

Jess – who first found fame on Lord Alan Sugar's show back in 2016 – already shares two children Digby and Dudley with her partner Alex Daw.

She also has three older children – Poppy, Olive and Hattie – with her late ex Alistair Eccles.

Announcing the pregnancy back in March, Jessica shared a bump snap as she wrote: 'Well, 2026 just got interesting. Last year I had plans to be turbo speed taking over-the world… but looks like the Universe/God had different plans.

'As they say, slow and steady wins the race. Here is to a house that is going to have more love, fun and craziness…

'This is the year of the fire horse and growing a real life little human for the 6th time has really made me feel my fire again.'

Back in 2021 she spoke about her experience giving birth the fifth time round, saying: 'With my first birth, with Poppy, it was absolutely horrific, I was screaming, but with Olive and Hattie, my sister was my birthing partner and my sister is really fun.

'She made sure I was laughing, gave me a little massage, and with every birth you kind of tweak it and make it better.

'Then with Digby I had started stepping into spirituality, learning more about energy, how our bodies work, and then something intuitively made me want to dance like a tribal woman.

'I started dancing round and welcoming the pain, and then I visualised this wave pushing him out. So I remembered that and then with this one I danced the baby out and welcomed the pain and the contractions.'

Highlighting the benefits of home birth, the TV star added: 'I have always given birth in a birthing pool, but this was my first home birth, I think because the baby is in water already and then they are going into water it makes the transfer a lot easier.

'I think as well you don't have the pressure of gravity at full force your body is just generally lighter. I was in more of a squat position, sort of like a reverse cowgirl, with my arms behind me.'

The CBB 2017 contestant has also previously spoken about juggling her career with five children, admitting 'it's both beautiful and b****y stressful.'

She detailed: 'It's funny actually, so I took the baby to school to do the school run and Olive my middle daughter, one of her friends was like "Wow you have a lot of children".'

'I was just thinking how is an 8 year old telling me this. It was actually Alex, he didn't have any kids before him and we started seeing each other, and then we talked about it and he's such a dreamboat that he asked me would I have anymore children.

'Whereas the reality of having five children is both beautiful and b****y stressful. They are amazing but one thing I have that tremendous parent guilt over is not being able to have that one on one time with them all the time.

'I feel so guilty because they are all different ages and they all need me. Digby who is nearly 3 is at that really demanding age whereas like the girls are getting a bit older so they have different needs.'
