That's convenient! Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury will address romance 'heavily' in her new Prime TV show after breakup was branded a 'publicity stunt' following 'timely' smooch

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury will 'conveniently' address their current relationship in her new TV show after fans branded their breakup a 'publicity stunt'.

The former couple left some fans unimpressed after they shared a 'timely' kiss at a New Year's Eve bash just weeks before her tell-all Prime documentary airs.

Fans have said the timing of their reconciliation and the show's release date is 'convenient', prompting more viewers to tune it and find it what's happened between the pair.

A TV insider told The Sun: 'The timing of them getting back together couldn’t be more convenient. There was already huge interest but there’s likely to be even more people watching.

'The trailer seemed to suggest detail about the stress Molly went through during their break-up, but there was no hint of them getting back together.

'Which means the creators of the show, which is still being filmed, were either taken by surprise or have had to keep it secret.' 

The influencer is set to give more details on their reconciliation during her show, Molly Mae: Behind it All, which drops on the streaming giant next week.

Fans of Molly-Mae have been quick to brand the breakup a 'PR tool' claiming the 'stunt' helped further Tommy's book and documentary as well as Molly-Mae's clothing line. 

The pair announced their split in August as their relationship was marred by rumours that the boxer has cheated. He denied the claims.

When the influencer shared a new photo of herself to Instagram last week, her followers shared their doubts in the comments section.

'They didn’t even really split, money money money,' one fumed.

Others added: 'Using the “breakup” as PR for Maebe, Tommy’s book & documentary. But snogging Tommy on NYE? Convenient!!!'; 'IT WAS ALL A PR STUNT. Well played'; So the breakup WAS fake??';

'Well she fooled everyone. Funny how they are back together now his book is out, her clothing brand and now documentary is done. Played everyone like a fool all for more money';

'Why are you smooching Tommy? Back together?!';

'Tommy liked the photo the kiss on new years eve must be true'; 'Tommy liked it , is it true what there saying there rekindling'; 'Not Tommy liking this pic'; 'Everyone scared Tommy off now he’s unliked the pic. Stop playing with us lol.'

MailOnline contacted Molly-Mae's representative at the time, who declined to comment.

As well as their kiss, Tommy has also stayed 'overnight' at Molly's Cheshire mansion after the pair enjoyed a cinema date together. 

The pair are said to have gone to the cinema to watch Nosferatu last week, before Tommy was seen leaving Molly's home on Sunday wearing the same clothes.

'They were seen cosying up together at the cinema, they were holding hands and generally being really sweet,' the source said.

'Tommy then escorted Molly-Mae back home. It snowed heavily overnight and there were no car tracks visible. It looked like Tommy stayed the night, the gates opened this morning and he drove out.'  

During the lavish bash on NYE thrown by Manchester United footballer Luke Shaw and his wife Anouska Santos, Molly and Tommy were reportedly 'all over each other'.

Molly has decided to invite Tommy 'last minute' to the party but she is not 'ready to launch something official'.

A source told the Sun: 'They were all over each other as the compère counted down to midnight — it was very cute to see.

'But Molly-Mae isn't ready to launch into something officially yet. She has been very hurt in the past six months, and understandably feels pretty burned.'

Molly-Mae recently revealed she experienced some of her 'lowest lows' in 2024 when she split from her fiancé.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, she wished her followers well for 2025 as she looked back on the 'emotional rollercoaster' she experienced last year.

She wrote: 'Happy New Year everyone. I keep trying to write down how I feel about 2024, but honestly, I can't quite find the words [laughing emoji]?'

She added: 'It's been such a whirlwind, it's given me some of the highest highs but also some of the lowest lows. It's been one big emotional rollercoaster to say the least.'

The influencer, who was with Tommy since they first got together on Love Island in 2019, added she was feeling positive about the coming year.

She wrote: 'Through it all, having support and love from you all has genuinely been so comforting. I am so beyond grateful for every single one of you here. I'm feeling so positive about 2025. It's [Maebe's] year and I'm so ready.'

Molly-Mae then shared a photo of herself cradling her daughter Bambi in her arms and wrote: 'One thing for sure about 2024 ... my love grew more for you every single day. I fear my heart may exploded these days.'

During his first interview after their split, Tommy told The Mail his side of the story and said he 'absolutely did not cheat on her.'

Tommy admitted: 'It is proper love. Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath.'

'I know what I have to do in order to resolve things. And that's down to me. Nobody else can do that other than me.'

Over the summer, Molly-Mae shared the shocking news that she had split from fiancé Tommy following months of off and on again speculation.

Reports at the time claimed Tommy was dumped by her after he 'cheated on her with a Danish woman he met' on a holiday in North Macedonia.

Addressing the rumours he said: 'All the allegations that were made of me recently are completely false. The truth will come out in time and when it does I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words.'

'What the public thinks is going on isn't what is going on. It's not something I envisaged happening, but it didn't come out of nowhere. It's a thing that was there previously to all this happening, but the only people who know what is going on in our relationship is me and Molly.'
