Tammy Hembrow has sparked debate after leaving a congratulatory comment about her ex-fiancé Matt Poole's wedding to Annelyse Oatway.
The fitness influencer, who shares daughter Posy with the former Ironman, posted a brief message celebrating the newlyweds after they tied the knot at Sydney's Palm Beach on Friday.
'Congrats fam!!' Tammy wrote.
But her use of the word 'fam' prompted a response from one Instagram user, who accused the mother-of-three of putting on a 'performative' display.
'Not your family. Performative,' they replied.
The criticism drew pushback from other commenters, who pointed out that Tammy and Matt remain connected through their daughter.

'Family because of Posy,' one wrote.
Another welcomed Tammy's message, replying: 'I love this.'
One supporter also questioned why anyone would object to a positive relationship between the two families.
'Why would you not support a close loving relationship between both families?' they wrote in a lengthy response defending the influencer.
Another accused Tammy's critics of 'projecting' and urged them to stop passing judgement.
Tammy's original comment had attracted more than 860 likes when the screenshot was taken.
The exchange came after Matt, 35, and Annelyse celebrated their wedding surrounded by family and friends, with several guests travelling from the Gold Coast for the occasion.
Annelyse, a nurse and budding influencer, wore a daring lingerie-inspired wedding gown featuring a corset-style bodice and a sheer lace skirt that revealed her derriere.

She paired the dress with a cathedral-length veil trimmed with lace and carried a bouquet of white calla lilies.
Her hair fell loosely around her shoulders in soft waves.
Matt opted for a cream dinner jacket, white shirt and black trousers, completing his wedding look with a black bow tie.
The delighted groom was photographed embracing his new wife beside the water and lifting her into the air as they posed for pictures.
Their son Parker wore a white blazer and black trousers to match his father, while Posy also appeared to attend in a white tulle dress and pink cardigan.
The guest list included Olympian Riley Fitzsimmons, surf sports athlete Mitchel Trimm and Ironman champion Kendrick Louis.
Annelyse has since changed her surname to Poole on Instagram.
While Tammy's congratulatory message prompted mixed reactions from some commenters, Annelyse has previously spoken openly about maintaining communication with her husband's ex for Posy's sake.
'Tammy and I talk about Po. If we have Posy and she wants to talk to her mum, we FaceTime,' Annelyse said last year.
'If she's doing a dance concert or something and Tammy can't make it, I send photos.'
She explained that their contact centred on caring for the little girl.
'All of our chats are strictly Posy-related,' she said.
'We're not going for coffees or anything like that, but we communicate about Po, navigating pick-ups, drop-offs and that kind of thing.'
Matt and Tammy became engaged in November 2021 and welcomed Posy in June 2022.
They separated later that year.
Matt announced his engagement to Annelyse in November following a romantic beachside proposal in Palm Cove, Queensland.
The couple welcomed Parker last year.
Tammy also shares son Wolf and daughter Saskia with her former fiancé Reece Hawkins.
