Tammy Hembrow shows off her VERY prominent new implants - but not all her fans are impressed: 'Too big'

Tammy Hembrow is clearly enjoying her enhanced bust. 

The social media sensation set pulses races with her latest Instagram post on Thursday, showing off her ample cleavage as it spilled from a skin tight frock. 

In the series of selfies, the fitness influencer, 30, worked her angles in the red gown, ensuring her surgically enhanced assets were front and centre. 

She captioned the photos with a simple lipstick kiss emoji - but not all of her fans liked what they saw.  

Several people expressed concerns that Tammy's new look is a little on the extreme side.  

'The chest area just seems so uncomfy. Hot dress tho' wrote one person in the comments. 

'One of the greatest tragedies of the 21st century. Hasn't been the same since she messed with her all natural body' ranted another. 

Someone else chimed in: 'Not classy with the front. Sad because you are a beautiful woman.'

'Too big. Big fan of her and love her to bits but jeezzzzz' said someone else. 

'You'd look so good without implants. Please consider removing' yet another chimed in. 

Others however loved the images, with one person telling Tammy that she looks 'amazing' and one more saying they 'can't breathe'.  

Last month, Tammy revealed she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure as she documented her recovery.

The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can resolve issues that have developed from surgical problems or natural body changes.

Tammy underwent a mystery surgery at the end of July and later confirmed it was to get her eight-year-old breast implants removed and replaced.

In a video, the blonde beauty explained she decided to get them replaced because she felt 'insecure' with how they looked after they moved due to her gym exercises.

'It's kind of been a little insecurity of mine for a while, just like how they sat and they just weren't doing what I wanted them to do,' she explained.

Watchdog account Influencer Updates AU later claimed of her surgery: 'She went bigger to avoid having a lift as that would have meant more scars.

'She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney. 

'She currently has lots of swelling and bloating from the anaesthetic.'

Her surgery came just months ahead of her wedding as she is set to exchange vows with her partner Matt Zukowski in November.

The couple were quick to start planning their wedding just weeks after they became engaged in December after three months of dating.

Despite concerns that they are rushing down the aisle, the couple told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that they are 'very happy' together.

'So good. Very happy. Couldn't be more happy,' they said of their shock engagement.

'We're in the middle of wedding planning. It's not that bad. I mean, I don't have to do much, I just have to sort of sit there,' Matt added.

Tammy has been engaged twice before, the first time to influencer Reece Hawkins, who she shares her son Wolf and daughter Saskia with.

In November 2021, the fitness guru became engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The pair split in December 2022 and share daughter Posy, two.
