Taylor Frankie Paul's life is no longer a secret, as her dreams of being The Bachelorette are short-lived.

In an Instagram story, the suspected winner, Doug Mason, of the unaired season of The Bachelorette, has expressed his support for Paul amid the ongoing allegations of abuse in her past relationships. The show of support comes after news that ABC has canceled Paul's season following the release of a 2023 video showing her fight with ex Dakota Mortensen.

"In light of everything that's happened, I'm just sending out prayers to Taylor because that was her moment and her moment was blocked. All we can do right now is be hopeful. Let's stay positive and show nothing but support for people in need."

The video was recorded by Mortensen in 2023, which showed Paul in a distressed state, hitting her ex before throwing chairs towards him with her daughter present. A statement was shared by a Disney Entertainment Television spokesperson who confirmed that the network wouldn't be moving forward with the season featuring Paul due to the ongoing allegations and the resurfaced video, "In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family."
