Street Outlaws: Fastest in America alum Christopher 'Block' Gordon was killed, age 55, in a 'devastating accident on the track' while participating in the KD Motorsports Park event in South Webster, Ohio last Saturday.
The Scioto County Sheriff's Office told WOWK 13 News that Gordon was transported to Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth sometime after 8pm, where he was pronounced dead.
KD Motorsports Park wrote on their Facebook page: 'Our staff was immediately on scene with trained medical staff, firefighters, EMT and medical equipment, along with highly medically trained bystanders who exhausted all of their efforts at the time of the accident.'
The Block Motorsports owner - who was described as 'a man who lived life to the fullest' - had promoted the race that same morning, writing on Facebook: 'Let's get busy!'

Gordon is survived by his fiancée of two years, Amanda Laport Grasty, who now feels 'lost' and 'shattered' without him.
'We did EVERYTHING together, from the time we woke up in the morning until he kissed my forehead good night EVERY NIGHT,' Grasty wrote on Facebook.
'We were a TEAM and now I've lost my MVP. There is no "I" in "team" so now I don't know how "I" am supposed to move continue.'
The official GoFundMe page set up by Jessica Litchfield has raised $3,725 of a $50,000 goal as of Tuesday 'to help ease some of the financial burden that is going to accumulate from medical bills and funeral expenses.'
Audiences got to know Gordon when he led one of eight teams of street racers competing for a $100,000 prize in the first two seasons of reality show Street Outlaws: Fastest in America, which aired on Discovery in 2020-2021.
