Britta DeVore is a Senior Author for Collider who has been known to dabble with Reality News as well.

Have you seen stories about 'Chucky,' 'Scream,' 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer,' 'The Boys,' 'Vanderpump Rules,' or any of 'The Real Housewives' franchises? That's probably a Britta DeVore-curated piece of art, and it sounds like you have great taste.

When she isn't sitting behind her laptop bringing readers her hot takes on upcoming projects or keeping the dream alive in the Senior News team, Britta can usually be found outside hiking or inside behind her drum set. She currently plays in two bands, Kid Midnight and Watergate, both based in Brooklyn. An obsessive traveler, Britta loves long road trips to the South West and has a soft spot in her heart for canyons, rivers, and forests.

She also has a tiny cat named Athena that she loves more than anything else in the world and is always happy for new brewery recs.

Even though on paper they’re meant to be joyous occasions filled with the celebration of love, family, and friends, weddings can often be an incredibly stressful experience. There’s all the planning and stressing over the guest list, booking a venue, deciding between a band vs. a DJ, and one million other little complications that might derail the entire thing. Sadly, for Camila Morrone (The Night Manager), these inconveniences are going to look like child’s play by the time she walks down the aisle and into the arms of Adam DiMarco (The White Lotus) in Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen. Today, as part of Collider’s Exclusive Preview event, we’ve got two new looks at the Netflix horror miniseries that showcase the winning or potentially losing couple at the center of the action.

Dressed in the gown that she likely spent days upon days dreaming about, Morrone’s Rachel takes front and center in one of our fresh images from Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen. Preparing for what should be one of the happiest days of her life has never looked so glum, as there’s no smile in sight, but instead a very serious expression on the bride’s face. The other shot focuses on both Rachel and her soon-to-be husband Nicky (DiMarco). Surrounded by a group of people, the couple clings to one another in a photo that boasts a very different tone from Rachel’s solo appearance.

As the title suggests, Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen centers around — well — something very bad. Despite being engaged to the man she’s in love with, Rachel can’t seem to shake the feeling that this might not be the right guy for her. And, it certainly doesn’t help her gut feeling when friends and family begin to question their compatibility and his true intentions. Joining Morrone and DiMarco in the spooky-scary project is a lineup that includes Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight), Gus Birney (Shining Vale), Ted Levine (The Silence of the Lambs), Zlatko Burić (Triangle of Sadness), Karla Crome (Lazarus), and Jeff Wilbusch (The Calling).
