Sophia Bush—who is now dating Ashlyn Harris—settled her divorce with estranged husband Grant Hughes more than a year after filing.

Sophia Bush is done with her divorce.
The One Tree Hill star has reached a divorce settlement with estranged husband Grant Hughes, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The pair—who met during a New Year's trip to Nicaragua over a decade ago—entered into a confidential settlement on Dec. 30, per the outlet.
Bush—who was previously married to costar Chad Michael Murray from 2005 to 2006—first sparked romance rumors with Hughes in 2020 before tying the knot in June 2022.
For their nuptials, they hosted a ceremony in Oklahoma as a way to shine a light on his home state.
"Imagine what we could do if we turned our wedding into an event to showcase Tulsa," Bush recalled to Vogue in 2022. "The cultural renaissance happening there. Tech. Philanthropy. Civil rights justice. The art. The leadership. We could focus all of this attention and turn the spotlight on them."
However, her union with the entrepreneur was short-lived. She filed for divorce just over a year later, in August 2023, and actually met current girlfriend Ashlyn Harris through a support group for women experiencing relationship issues. By October, Bush was dating the U.S. Women's National Team soccer star, who herself filed for divorce from wife Ali Krieger one month prior.
For Bush, finding love with Harris wasn't part of the plan, but their dynamic turned romantic after a four-hour-long dinner conversation.
"I didn't expect to find love in this support system," she explained in a Glamour essay in April. "I don't know how else to say it other than: I didn't see it until I saw it. And I think it's very easy not to see something that's been in front of your face for a long time when you'd never looked at it as an option and you had never been looked at as an option."

However, their quick timeline led to rumors of infidelity, which Bush has firmly shut down.
"I don't believe it's my place to discuss details of Ashlyn's circumstances or her children," she shared, "but I will say that I am absolutely in awe of her relentless integrity."
The 42-year-old continued, "Falling in love with her has sutured some of my own childhood wounds, and made me so much closer to my own mother. Seeing Ashlyn choose to not simply survive, but thrive, for her babies has been the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed a friend do. And now I get to love her. How lucky am I?"
