The sober living home where Cindy Crawford's son Presley Gerber died from a suspected overdose at the age of 27 allegedly had another overdose incident just seven months earlier.

Police reportedly responded to a call from the Resolutions Living facility about another patient who suffered an overdose on February 18, according to Santa Monica Police Department records obtained by TMZ.

The call allegedly came from someone at the Santa Monica facility who was worried that a female patient had overdosed.

The woman was found unresponsive but was eventually revived with 'upwards of 5 doses of Narcan' according to a source connected to Resolutions Living, who spoke with TMZ.

When the police arrived, it was determined that there was no need to take the patient for any further medical treatment, and officers left after speaking with the woman.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Resolutions Living for comment but has not yet received a response.

Gerber - who was recently remembered in a heartwrenching tribute by his sister Kaia Gerber, 25 - documented his final hours in a video taken at the Resolutions Living sober house, on the evening before he died of an apparent overdose.

The troubled son of supermodel Cindy, 60, and businessman Rande Gerber, 64, had checked into the facility just the night before he was found dead on September 20, after going into cardiac arrest.

In footage obtained by TMZ, the model was seen giving a solo tour of the sober home while wearing a white undershirt that showed off his prominent tattoos, a silver chain necklace and a pair of black eyeglasses.

Gerber appeared visibly under the influence in the clip, taken around 10pm on Saturday night, as he stared into the camera with noticeably glazed eyes.

Throughout the video, he panned the camera around a bedroom and multiple areas of the residence. He appeared to be on his own.

Gerber reportedly 'got high' on Saturday afternoon and became concerned he was losing control, insiders previously claimed to TMZ.

His sober coach called the sober living facility and asked if he could bring Gerber in, though he made it clear that Gerber was high on drugs, sources with direct knowledge alleged to the publication.

The facility's admissions officer reportedly agreed to take him in, as per TMZ.

The sober coach had reportedly planned to take Gerber to a rehab facility the following Monday, but needed a temporary hold for the weekend and ended up leaving him at Resolutions Living, insiders claimed.

Gerber was found dead the next morning, and sources connected to Resolutions Living reportedly claimed to TMZ that the admissions officer who allowed him into the facility has since been fired.

Per TMZ, Gerber had been staying in a separate house on the grounds of the Los Angeles sober house, and had roommates.

According to the Resolutions Living website, the home is 'located in the prestigious northern section of the city, our beautiful three-story luxury property features breathtaking views of the ocean and city lights, while remaining nestled away in a safe and discreet neighborhood.'

In their mission statement, the co-ed facility aims to 'provide the structure, recreational opportunities, life skills, vocational coaching, accountability, and community necessary to support men and women in their journey to recovery from mental health, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.'

The three-story luxury residence features spacious living quarters, outdoor seating areas, an in-home movie theater and a fitness gym.

The website boasts that residents will receive daily chef-prepared meals, fully stocked pantries, and says an on-site staff is there to support patients 24 hours a day so that they can focus primarily on working toward recovery.

Gerber's parents, supermodel Cindy Crawford, 60, and entrepreneur Rande Gerber, 64, issued a joint statement on Sunday in which they said that they are 'beyond heartbroken'; Seen 2024

'We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability,' the grieving parents wrote

His sister Kaia Gerber, 25, also shared her own tribute, in which she revealed the depths of her grief, writing, 'I am, quite literally, down on my f***ing knees'; The two seen in May

There are also planned communal gatherings, including dinners, movie nights and other outings with fellow residents.

Gerber had been open about his decade-long struggle with drug addiction and mental health.

Sources described as being close to the investigation previously said Gerber had allegedly been found in a bedroom at the high-end rehab house, according to TMZ.

The insiders also alleged that Gerber's body was not on the bed, but instead was found nearby in the room, though they did not specify an exact location.

The sources additionally told the publication that the potentially deadly narcotic fentanyl has not been a focus of the investigation into Gerber's death at this time.

However, final confirmation of any substances that may have played a role in his death will have to wait until the Medical Examiner's toxicology report is released.

The Daily Mail previously obtained audio of the 911 emergency dispatch call made from the Santa Monica rehab, in which an automated voice could be heard saying 'cardiac arrest' followed by 'overdose.'

Shortly after the release of the 911 audio, sources close to the model told TMZ that a physician had been prescribing him ketamine despite knowing his past problems with the drug.

The heartwrenching post included a home video and a childhood photo of them on the beach

Ketamine can be used to treat drug addiction; however, that is not the use approved by the FDA.

Gerber was just 15 when he was thrust into the spotlight, following his mother's footsteps down catwalks and landing jobs with the likes of Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.

But the pressure quickly proved to be too much for him and he quit modeling after a few years.

Behind the scenes, Gerber was already struggling with his mental health and a feeling that he 'didn't ever think he was enough,' a source told the Daily Mail. It was also around this time that he started to turn to hard drugs.

On Sunday, Gerber's parents issued a joint statement shared on Instagram in which they said that they are 'beyond heartbroken' at the loss of their only son.

'We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years. He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever. We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability.'

The statement continued: 'We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain. Til we meet again our sweet boy. We love you forever, Mom, Dad and Kaia.'

Kaia also shared her own tribute, posting home video footage of herself and her brother as children along with a letter in which she revealed the depths of her grief at his passing, writing, 'I am, quite literally, down on my f***ing knees.'

'I came into this world with a white-knuckle grip around you. i had more love for you than i knew what to do with. and now that it has nowhere obvious to go, i'm certain it's going to swallow me whole.'

'And i keep thinking about how when we were little, i got scared before getting my ears pierced, so you went first. you always went first. but when i held the earring they took from your body, all i could think was: that belongs to you. and i really f***ing wish you hadn't gone first this time,' Kaia wrote.

She concluded: 'my best buddy, my great protector, the hardest i've ever laughed and the one true love of my life - you lit all of my candles and took all of my monsters away.'

'And i love you. and i love you. and i love you. only you know how much. thank you for being here.'

Kaia previously praised her brother's willingness to strip away the secrecy surrounding his struggles in an interview with Vogue.

She described his honesty and openness as 'refreshing,' contrasting it with the intensely private way their parents had traditionally handled family life.

'My parents for most of our lives were very, very private and didn't share anything – and now we have this absolute teacher, my brother, who says, 'I'm gonna be very human for everyone.' There's only so much you can hide from the world,' she said.
