Jennifer Garner revealed the secret to her age-defying figure as she exited a gym session in Los Angeles this week.

On Friday morning, the 54-year-old actress – who recently hiked with boyfriend John Miller – appeared flushed while leaving a workout class with red boxing gloves tucked under her arm.

Her toned physique was on display in black leggings and a grey T-shirt while she held a reusable water bottle and tossed a sweatshirt over her shoulder.

Garner's light brown locks were swept into a ponytail as she caught her breath following what appeared to have been a grueling workout.

She was makeup-free and wore a pair of white sneakers.

Garner, who shares three kids with ex-husband Ben Affleck, has previously given fans glimpses at her fitness regimen on social media.

In March 2025, she demonstrated her impressive agility while doing a set of 18" box jumps.

The session involved her following virtual instructions from her trainer, The Limit founder Beth Nicely.

Before that, Garner was spotted boxing on the season two set of The Last Thing He Told Me in late 2024.

That same year she revealed what workouts she did to get 'Marvel fit' for the 2024 blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine, in which she reprised her role as Elektra.

She shared a montage of her workouts in an Instagram reel, and wrote in her caption that before taking on the role, she was 'fit, but not @marvel fit.'

Her routine included boxing three times a week, Peloton rides and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

To prep for the gig, the silver screen siren said she and longtime stunt double Shauna Duggins 'amped up' their training, led by Nicely.

She once described the celebrity trainer as 'lethal' when it comes to her intense program.

Garner has been busy promoting her latest acting gig, Peacock's The Five-Star Weekend.

The miniseries is based on the 2023 novel of the same name by author Elin Hilderbrand.

In addition to Garner, the cast includes Regina Hall, Chloe Sevigny, D'Arcy Carden and Gemma Chan.

A logline on IMDb reads: 'A beloved food influencer grappling with loss hosts four friends from different chapters of her life for a weekend in Nantucket, where hidden truths emerge and relationships evolve amid coastal luxury.'

Garner, who is also an executive producer on the project, told Elle about the show, 'I hope people watch this and have a blast.

'You have women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, talking about perimenopause and menopause, but it's not pedantic and it's not an eye roll.'
