With all eyes on NBC for the Winter Olympics and Super Bowl LX, the peacock network also broadcasts the 132nd season of the Six Nations Championship rugby tournament. Game play lasts for five rounds spread over five weeks, as six men’s national teams, including England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales, compete for the Six Nations Trophy.
Starting on Thursday, Feb. 5 and ending on Saturday, Mar. 14, “Six Nations Championship” kicks off with France taking on Ireland at Stade de France at Saint-Denis, France, with game time at 3:10 p.m. ET/12:10 p.m. PT. Check out a complete schedule of rugby matches here.
Entering Six Nations Championship, France is at the top as reigning champs after defeating Ireland in 2025. Although France is the favorite to repeat, England is likely in the mix to play spoiler as underdogs to win it all. However, competition and country pride are fierce and heated, as only one nation can win the trophy.

Peacock starts at $10.99/month for the ad-supported plan. Although Peacock doesn’t offer a free trial, there are deals and workarounds available to get the streaming service for cheap or even free.
In addition, cord-cutters can watch games with any live TV streaming service that carries NBC Sports, namely DirecTV.
