Sharon Osbourne cut a low-key figure as she stepped out in LA recently amid fears about her weight loss.
The music manager, 72, who previously admitted to dropping a shock 42lbs on Ozempic, wore a baggy sweater and grey slacks as she strolled to her car.
A gaunt Osbourne wore a furry bucket hat and glasses as she attempted to go incognito.
This comes a year after Osbourne shocked the public last December after revealing her Ozempic weight loss
Though the wife of Ozzy Osbourne was initially thrilled with the results when she first started taking the drug in December 2022, friends have revealed the star now fears she has gone too far, despite confirming last November that she had been off the drug 'a while now'.
Although she has tried to consume high calorie foods, Sharon has not regained any of the weight she lost from taking the drug and has been left 'frustrated' at the results.

She previously told the DailyMail: 'Now, I weigh just over 7st. I need to put on 10lb, but however much I eat, I stay the same weight.
'I’ve had enough. I’ve given up on all interventions. I couldn’t have much more facial surgery — there’s not that much skin left to stretch, pull or cut. And I won’t have any more fillers or Botox.
'I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with the way I look. But I’m now satisfied. It’s taken years for me to say this but I’ve learned my lesson. This is me. It’s finally time to leave well alone.
After living her whole life in the spotlight, the TV personality has undergone a range of procedures over the years including a gastric band, full facelift, tummy tuck, an eyelift, breast implants, abdominoplasty and Botox.
Back in March Sharon shocked the public after she made her return to UK reality TV on Celebrity Big Brother.
The star couldn't hide her weight loss on the show as she revealed doctors 'can't figure out' why she hasn't been able to gain weight back after she stopped using Ozempic months ago.
'The doctors can't figure it out,' she said. 'But I think it's just because I'm getting older and as you get older you lose weight anyway and shrink and shrivel off.'
Of why she decided to start receiving Ozempic injections, Sharon said 'everyone was doing it'.
