Sarah Michelle Gellar gave fans a glimpse of her intense workout regime on Sunday as she revealed how she stays in shape.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, 49, often showcases her incredible figure, whether in glam gowns on the red carpet or a skimpy bikini on holiday.
And taking to Instagram, Sarah demonstrated just how she gets her killer body as she was put through her paces by her trainer.
In a video highlighting different workout sessions, the actress could be seen working up a sweat, with Sarah starting off with lat pull downs to work her back muscles.
She then moved onto using a balance trainer for a core workout before using a cable straight bar for her upper body.
Sarah, who is married to fellow actor Freddie Prinze Jr, then moved onto resistance band ab crunches before performing standing cable rows to target her back, shoulders and arms.

She then got in some cardio with some battle rope exercises, with Sarah seen in full concentration mode throughout the workouts.
Captioning her post, Sarah remarked: 'Not just about getting my body in shape, it’s also about my mind' before thanking her trainer and her 'emotional workout support dog', Pepper.
The Cruel Intentions star previously opened up about her fitness to Parade, where she shared details about why she added lifting to her routine.
'You play these characters and you can't be shredded, and you have to look a certain way. As you get older, you realize, as a female, you have to focus on bone density,' she told the publication.
The actress added that she works with a trainer 'once or twice a week' for real strength training, and also loves Pilates.
She told Women's Health: 'When I'm traveling, I always pack my resistance bands.
'There's so much you can do with them,' she gushed. 'I had my trainer make a hotel exercise program for me on days when I just can't make it out to the gym.
'My bands are key, but I'll often use hotel hand towels as sliders, too.'

Discussing how she boosts motivation, she added: 'Working out with my friends is one of my favorite things to do when I’m home. It really motivates you – you’re less likely to cancel.'
Meanwhile Sarah, who declared that husband Freddie Prinze Jr is the 'real cook' of the house, previously told Women's Health: 'My food mantra is balance - I don't believe in cutting anything out completely because you're just going to crave that more. For me, that craving is for French.
'So it's about having everything in moderation, and making healthy choices.'
It comes after Sarah recently celebrated her son and daughter's birthdays within one day of each other as she shared sweet snaps to Instagram.
She first posted a snap of herself puckering up to the brunette Charlotte, who turned 17 on September 19, followed by a tribute to youngest child Rocky, who was 14 the following day.
Young Rocky showed a stunning resemblance to his famous father as he stood beside his mother with an arm wrapped around her shoulders for the snap.
Earlier in September, Sarah commemorated her 24 years of marriage to Prinze Jr in a very sweet way as she took fans on a walk down memory lane.
She took to Instagram to share several throwback snaps from the beginning of her relationship with the 50-year-old actor.
The pair first met on the set of the 1997 horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Sarah included several snaps seemingly from that era.
The actress captioned the gallery: '@realfreddieprinze can you imagine telling these kids where they would be 24 years later (well tech 26… but 24 married) #happyanniversary.'
The two stars were friends first and then dated for two years before going on to tie the knot in 2002.
