Britta DeVore is a Senior Author for Collider who has been known to dabble with Reality News as well.

Have you seen stories about 'Chucky,' 'Scream,' 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer,' 'The Boys,' 'Vanderpump Rules,' or any of 'The Real Housewives' franchises? That's probably a Britta DeVore-curated piece of art, and it sounds like you have great taste.

When she isn't sitting behind her laptop bringing readers her hot takes on upcoming projects or keeping the dream alive in the Senior News team, Britta can usually be found outside hiking or inside behind her drum set. She currently plays in two bands, Kid Midnight and Watergate, both based in Brooklyn. An obsessive traveler, Britta loves long road trips to the South West and has a soft spot in her heart for canyons, rivers, and forests.

She also has a tiny cat named Athena that she loves more than anything else in the world and is always happy for new brewery recs.

The hunt is back on. Today, Searchlight Pictures has released the second trailer for their highly anticipated sequel, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, and Samara Weaving is in for a world of trouble. But, this time, she won’t be in the middle of the mess on her own, as she’ll be joined by her on-screen sister, played by Kathryn Newton, who has gotten pulled into a horrific game of life and death thanks to her sister’s actions in the 2019 film. Returning to the helm for this one are directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, known collectively as Radio Silence, who previously wowed audiences with the first installment of the now-growing horror-comedy. In addition to the two leading ladies, the cast for the sequel also includes the talents of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elijah Wood, David Cronenberg, and more.

Weaving and Newton are running as fast as they can in the brand-new trailer for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come. Immediately picking up following the first film, Grace (Weaving) is still reeling from the explosive and blood-soaked events that nearly took her life. Just when she thinks she’s broken away from the sadistic games of the Le Domas family, she finds herself in an even bigger nightmare when it’s revealed that she’s now locked into a game with the world’s most influential families.

Despite her initial refusal to play their twisted game, Grace quickly changes her mind after they reveal that they’ve kidnapped her younger sister, Faith (Newton). Together, the siblings must fight for survival against an incredibly diabolical group who have a taste for murder. Additionally, Néstor Carbonell, Shawn Hatosy, Kevin Durand, Nadeem Umar-Khitab, and Olivia Cheng will appear in the film, which is slated for a cinematic arrival on March 20.

What Else Has Radio Silence Worked On?

Ahead of striking gold with 2019’s Ready or Not, Gillett and Bettinelli-Olpin previously wowed and terrified audiences with a string of horror flicks, beginning with a segment in 2012’s V/H/S. From there, they continued their genre takeover with 2014’s Southbound and 2015’s Devil’s Due before unknowingly starting a franchise with the Weaving-led comedy-horror film. More recently, audiences will recognize their work as the directorial duo who brought the Scream franchise back with the fifth installment in 2022 and its 2023 follow-up. They’ve since stepped away from the iconic whodunnit film series, which has allowed them to venture into other cinematic storytelling with projects like Abigail and, soon, Ready or Not 2.
